I honestly can't believe how friendly the staff are at this home hardware. From the moment I walked in they greeted me and said hello with a friendly smile and as I was looking at the flooring someone confused I had two girls walk over to me and help me within 10 seconds. I highly recommend this place, I will absolutely go out of my way to go here when I need anything!

Amazing service and people multiple times over!! We've had to go there a lot recently to buy supplies and materials. Everyone is so friendly. Big shout out to Kylie and Maggie who helped us with our bathroom selections! Very kind and helpful :)
We just moved to Watford, and are updating our century home. One time we had confusion with our contractors on picking up the wood we ordered, and this location delivered it to us in 15 minutes solving the problem!

I can't say enough good things about Watford Home Hardware. While preparing for a project and looking for quotes, Kevin was quick to respond with my requests and pricing was competitive. Very professional service. I received my order today and the truck driver was friendly, courteous and placed my order where I wanted it. All around great experience.

Steve in plumbing was top notch. He was very knowledgeable and got me everything I needed for my project. Shared a laugh and left the store feeling great about my supplies and comprehension of the task.

Eric was very helpful with the construction of our deck. He always very pleasant to deal with. Happy service 😉 happy customers 😀

Our recent experience was terrific!! We needed a few items to complete a project. We received exceptional customer service and assistance from Eric Dolansky who was very knowledgeable and super friendly.

The young men that loaded my truck today from the yard were excellent. It has been a long time since I have seen that kind of customer service. They loaded, by hand, 40 24x24 patio stones. Smiles and thank yous. Excellent job guys.

You simply won't find this service at a Big Box store.. All the more reason to shop locally.

Great store with lots of products and aisle space to move around. Very helpful and friendly staff inc the owner. When they have had to order something for me it shows up usually within a few days. Also it’s a good place to drop into just to look around and see what’s new. 👍

The folks in this store are simply some of the best I've dealt with in a long time. They are informative and it always feels like they are interested in what working on - regardless if it's the beginning or end of day.

Their lumber is almost always better than most in the area, which means they care to source well vs just stocking what can be bought and sold.

I have two other options that are closer, yet I drive twice the distance to work with this HH.

Keep up the efforts because it shows.

Due to the virus shutdown, I have not been into the store, but I did do a curbside pick up.
I needed a couple of things and after calling our nearby Home Hardware and not getting an answer, I tried the Watford location.
The staff member I talked with was wonderful !!!!
I had tried another hardware chain and been given the standard... check our website, fill in the online order form, it will take a day or so, then come and get it.
The lady at Home Hardware checked to see that they had what I needed and set it aside for me. I was thrilled!!
When I arrived I found a spacious parking lot. They had a curbside pick up organized, and within a short time I was on my way.

My partner asked me to pick up a couple of things when I went to get groceries in Strathroy.
I called to make sure they had them, and after they hung up on me twice without saying a word I decided to try the Watford location.
They answered the phone, checked for the items and set them aside. Friendly & helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I'm always greeted with a smile, both as a contractor and a personal shopper. As a newbie local, I have difficulty finding things I need, but all the staff are educated as to where everything is located. Lots of hidden gem sale items not published.

I had locked my keys in the car, with it running! Steve was able to help out and get me unlocked within minutes!

And as always, the store had EVERYTHING we needed to get our project started.

Went in for some construction tools. Noticed a sign saying " Christmas will be arriving November 12". Very pleased with the level of respect and not taking away from importance of remembering. Wish this would be a thing every where.
