Pine Ridge Dental

My first appointment with Pine Ridge Dental was a terrific experience. The entire staff are extremely professional cordial, outgoing, friendly and accommodating. The facility is immaculate and filled with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, which contributes to the benefit of all patients. I would be remiss if I failed to mention Dr. Brian's large dog, John, who serves as the "Official Greeter" at the office. I had the pleasure of experiencing a visit from John in the waiting room prior to my appointment and feeling his wet nose on my hand while having my teeth cleaned. It was John's way of reassuring me that I was in good hands. It is my belief that anyone who does not love dogs, should not be in the dental field. I strongly recommend Pine Ridge Dental!

I’m a new patient at Pine Ridge Dental and have to say, I’m impressed. The ladies at the front are warm and welcoming, the dental hygienist was friendly and professional and Dr. Maddaford was kind and thorough. The entire staff made sure I was comfortable and that all my questions were answered.
I also appreciated that my appointment started right on time which shows me that their office is professionally run.

My six months visit with cleaning, x-rays and check up was great again. Thanks to Brian and staff (including greeterJohn) for the efficiency and professional nature of your work in taking care of my dental needs so that at my age of 85 I can keep chomping comfortably with my real teeth.

I had a friendly greeting from the ladies at the front reception when I arrived. As well as a friendly greeting from Dr Maddaford's dog.

Pine Ridge Dental is great! The staff is very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to get in the same day due to a cancelation (I had pain all weekend so it was a relief to get in on Monday). I often have worries to get into the dentist due to past experiences but that isn't the case here. My jaw locked, it hasn't happened in a long time and the dentist was able to close my jaw without using extreme force and cracking. It also didn't take 3 different dentists to close, he knew what to do. Thank you Pine Ridge Dental. Oh and they also have a dog here!

Always a great experience bringing my kids for their dental check up and cleaning at Pine Ridge. The environment is clean, bright, and friendly. The video game in the waiting room is a nice touch- both of my children were excited when they saw “dentist” on the calendar. The staff are incredibly patient and always good at teaching my kids about their oral health. Booking is easy and the reminders about appointments via email or text are super helpful!
