Had a new hot water tank & water softener system installed today. Service was great as always. Brendan & Aaron were knowledgeable and informative and we always appreciate the honest hard work they do. Brendon explained all workings of both units and answered every question my husband threw at him. Arlene is terrific to deal with and had us scheduled quickly. Thanks you guys for another great job done!

We had Aaron come in check our AC. We had to replace and he had all the pricing for us immediately and was able to install same day. Super friendly and explained everything that we asked about. Recommend to anyone!!

Brendon came out to inspect our new build and provide us a quote. He was extremely professional and knowledgable. Within a few days him and Aaron were back to install! We are very happy with the service and experience with RMB Plumbing and Heating and definitely recommend their service.

RMB is awesome! I honestly can’t say enough good things!! Arlene at the office is so kind and helpful. They were able to fit me in short notice when my heat pump was making weird noises. I’ve never had a place with a heat pump and just moved here in November. It ended up being fine but I kept the appointment to make sure there was no outstanding maintenance. They sent Aaron and he was great! So kind and patient with all of my questions and considerate (taking off his shoes even though I said it wasn’t necessary). I decided to sign up for the Diamond Club because the annual fee was less than the service I requested (not to mention it includes discounts and priority emergency service!) He checked out all the plumbing and heating components and even crawled into the crawl space to make sure everything looked good in there. After he left I felt confident that I am ready to face my first winter in my new home. I had many questions about potential upgrades and he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciate-there’s nothing worse than feeling pressured in your own home. We wish to say thank you for a phenomenal job as done by RMB Plumbing and Heating! Brendon came out to our wee home a week ago to provide us with a quote for Reverse Osmosis, explained the various components and systems we could go with, their benefits, and also provided us with a very easy to follow payment structure for each service. Andrew and Brendon came out within a week, as scheduled, and promptly set about to not only installing the system, but also addressing the other plumbing needs we had identified since their initial visit. While Andrew worked on the Reverse Osmosis system, Brendon noticed an issue with the relay switches in our furnace as he was installing the battery back-up system to our sump pump. Sure enough, one of the relays had been malfunctioning which had lead to our home constantly overheating (and our neighbours constantly wondering why we had windows open during the cold winter months). Although Brendon had three relay switches with him, we decided to replace all four and were extremely fortunate that Aaron was in the area and brought two more with him. This will certainly help with the ridiculously high hydro bills we have been getting! That said, the fella’s did a fantastic job; the rates were quite reasonable, and we signed up for the Diamond Club Furnace and Air Conditioning inspection and service twice per year! Thank you RMB for the outstanding workmanship! Please give the lads Five Stars from us!

Got a humidifier put in. Fantastic service. Reasonably priced. Was here within 2 days after the quote was given. Job was completed professionally and quickly. We will be using this company for all our plumbing needs.

Great and friendly service! They came and installed a new Water Softener, Heater and Filtration System in my home. Also did a full water pipe replacement. Couldn’t be happier! Came quickly and did a fantastic job and didn’t leave until I was happy with the results.

RMB came today to check our furnace. He also installed our new thermastate. What a very nice man. Had his shoe covers on and showed my husband everything he did & and what needs to be done in time. Great company. Very accommodating. Will always use RMB

We have always had very professional, kind and prompt service from RMB! They are always knowledgeable and never try to sell us things we don't need. Being a part of the diamond club has benefited us in many ways over the years. It feels good knowing everything has been checked over thoroughly by these guys twice a year! We highly recommend!

Having to call a plumber for an emergency can be a stressful, often embarrassing situation. While the job itself may not always be pleasant (I'm sorry Aaron!!!), they have always been fantastic. Super knowledgeable, extremely responsive and I'm very thankful for them. Absolutely recommend RMB for planned (and emergency) needs.

The best Plumbing/Heating/Air Conditioning company we’ve ever dealt with and we’ve dealt with many over the years due to our many job transfers across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
We also joined their diamond club bi-annual servicing program which has been such a valuable program. They also replaced our furnace and hot water tank in 2021, replaced parts in our garage boiler and installed a new line for an outdoor faucet.

We have just moved to St Pierre and wanted to have our furnace serviced just to make sure it was all good before winter! We made a few calls and decided it’s always best to go local . RMB was great. They set up an appointment for within the same week! Aaron the service tech was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough testing and cleaning of the furnace and put our minds at ease. He was super friendly and patiently answered our many questions even though he probably had a very busy day ahead of him. 😊 We will definitely continue to use RMB Plumbing and Heating for any future services needed in our new home.

We had great, quick service! Even got out the same morning I called!! David was upfront about costs before even beginning the repair, and communicated clearly what he was doing. He also explained some options for regular maintenance of our furnace, ac and plumbing.

RMB Plumbing and Heating comes twice a year to our house. Once for checking the furnace and once to check the air conditioner. At that time they also check all the plumbing for leaks and faucets for dripping. What a great service! It gives us peace of mind especially when we are travelling in winter. Thanks RMB!

RMB staff are very courteous, prompt & they do very good work. Our hot water tank "died" last nite ( we knew it was on its way out, very old.)
By this evening, the old one will be out & the new one installed!! Thks for your great service.

We called them in to fix a couple leaking tub faucets and replace an old washtub faucet. The lady in the office was very friendly. When they arrived, the tech was also very friendly and clean. They seem very reasonably priced.
