Tammy is AMAZING! Not only is she kind, caring and personable, she gives the BEST massages. So thankful I found her! Highly recommend Tammy for massage therapy.

In the last year I have seen Leonila for two separate injuries and have been completely satisfied with the results. Through thorough questioning and assessment Leonila was able to diagnose the issue , relieve the symptoms and helped me identify the likely cause of the injury in order to prevent a reoccurrence. The facility offers a pleasant atmosphere and the direct billing to my health insurance provider was very convenient. I highly recommend this office and Leonila for any Physio requirements.

The close to 5 star average rating on this place isn't just hype. I picked it because of the reviews, and because it was 2 minutes from home. I stayed there because I went from possibly needing surgery on my spine to almost perfect in 3 months. Don't get me wrong, you have to put the work in yourself too, but my PT Lauren kept adjusting my plan for the level of recovery I was at and challenged me to keep it up and now I have my life back. If you aren't sure if this is the place you want to go, stop reading reviews now, it is.

Melissa is fantastic! She has created a plan for me that works for my back pain. In the past I have seen her for ligament tears and knee injuries and I always had a very positive experience with the care I received.

Lauren is great. She was able to quickly identify the source of my pain & recommend the best exercises & stretches to resolve the issues. She is always on time & we’ll prepared for my appt.

Melissa has taken care of myself, husband and 15 year old son. She takes great care with her patients, making you feel like she truly understood your needs. She is update on the latest research, giving her clients the best treatment out there!

A fantastic modern, friendly physiotherapy clinic. Lauren, my PT is excellent!! Knowledgeable and dynamic with her progression of therapeutic treatments. I made wonderful gains in a short period of time due to Lauren’’s therapy exercises.

I fell and broke the ball of my shoulder and after major surgery, I turned to Pine Ridge Physical for my therapy. Jen was awesome. She helped me gain most of my movement and strength back. When we were hit with Convid-19 and they had to shut down. Jen answered my questions through email and helped me through the stressful time. I would recommend that if you need physical therapy, see the awesome therapists at Pine Ridge Physical.

Very pleased with the help I am currently receiving from Lauren. She is very knowledgeable, confident and caring and has helped me recover from my injury. To top it off she has a very friendly personality.

I've seen a lot of Physio people over the years and Mel is by far the best I've come across. She's very knowledgeable and has helped me manage and dramatically improve nagging/recurring sport's related muscle tears/strains in my legs. She's extremely insightful and intuitively senses the location of the injury and combines it with her knowledge of the musculoskeletal system. But just as importantly, if she doesn't know the answer, she'll research the issue to figure it out and conscientiously follows up on monitoring improvements.
