Our hot water tank burst and flooded overnight. Saturday morning in a panic I called John and he came by within an hour. His kind and calm presence was much needed. Very knowledgable, so helpful and made sure we were looked after. I highly recommend his services and will surely be the only plumber I will call on!

My partner and I were looking to purchase our first home, and a plumbing issue was flagged in our home inspection. We didn't really know what we were looking at, so we reached out to John. We were on the tail end of our subject removal period, so time was of the essence to have a plumbing professional take a deeper look at the issue.

John made time in his schedule to take a look within 24 hours, and signed off on the paperwork that we needed to provide our insurance agent. He went above and beyond, and just really made us feel secure about what we were looking at.

My partner and I experienced our first home inspection last week where PolyB plumbing was found throughout the house and water line. We reached out to John to inquire about a more thorough inspection and quote for repair solutions. John really went out of his way to respond extremely quickly given our tight timeline of removing subjects on the house. Throughout the process he was very kind and responsive. We've now officially removed all subjects on the house and I really want to thank John for giving us some peace of mind in a stressful situation.

I had a great experience with this company. I had a water leak coming into my kitchen. They sent someone over first thing in the morning. The issue was explained to me, fixed up, and the area left clean. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I had an absolutely incredible experience with Northridge. I needed some work done on my deck to support my natural gas BBQ and fireplace, John came out the same afternoon and did it at all at a fantastic price. Very high quality work, checked all options and chose the best ones (and explained them when doing so), and helped me out with things that weren't even in his job description. We were having trouble with our heat, but couldn't find a company to come out. We tried Northridge and they managed to fit us in right at the end of the day.
The technician replaced the failed zone valve quickly and left the place cleaner than he found it.
We are really happy that we tried this company and will definitely use again.

I phoned John as we had no heat or hot water during a cold snap and our regular plumber was not able to troubleshoot the problem. I contacted my boiler manufacturer, Viessmann, who recommend John. He responded quicky and was very professional as he explained the issue and resolved the problem the same day! I would highly recommend Northridge Mechanical!
