Acme Safe

Was locked out of our home late into the evening. Called Chris at Acme, who was very helpful, and gave us advice which helped us find our way back in without incurring any costs. He could have made a quick buck but instead helped us out with free advice. Thanks Chris!

Recently, the doors handle mechanism at my condo jammed and I couldn't get my door open. It was at night, so I called the Acme after hours line and Chris talked me through fixing the mechanism myself. Over the phone, he quickly coached me on how to take the mechanism off, advise me to take it into Acme the next day, they diagnosed it, sold me a new part and I was able to reassemble the whole thing myself.

He saved me a whole lot of money, and I would definitely say my overall experience at Acme was amazing. I would highly recommend them and Chris in particular.

My key broke in my Abus bike lock. One staff member tried to remove it. He couldn’t and since the store was almost closing, we agreed to leave it overnight so that I can look into getting another lock if it is feasible. I returned the next business day and to my delight the broken key was removed by another staff member who tried a different method. I offered to pay for the service but he refused. Thank you to the two younger techs for being diligent and taking the time and being thoughtful. This goes a long way of excellent service :)

Acme installed new commercial door hardware for us recently. The tech was quick to arrive, communicated his arrival times accurately and completed the work perfectly without any intervention needed from us.

Great service, I broke my key and they came out to Sidney and replaced it. I basically got two chipped keys for the same price I would pay at the dealership. The Lincoln dealership was pretty rude too when I tried to price it out. ACME is the way to go!

I got a safe that cannot be opened because of a dead battery. I called Acme and sent the details. They returned my call within 10 minutes to give me instructions to replace the batteries. It turned out that I was able to replace the batteries myself without having anyone over. ACME helped me open my safe without asking for anything. I am extremely touched and will use them if anything happens in the future

Amazing customer service. Chris from Acme was respectful, personable and demonstrated great integrity and attention to detail when replacing my front door lock. There was a discrepancy in the quote from office, and the one from the work order when task was completed. Christopher came to upgrade the locks on our front and back doors. He was fast, professional, and even fixed some issues we had with our door hinges and a sticky door. These guys are great, and their prices reasonable. If I need a locksmith again in the future I will not hesitate to call Acme!
