Knowledgeable staff found exactly what I needed.

Mr. Wadner, an excellent and exemplary exmployee at Rona of Repentigny saw me looking for a cart in the store while holding the hand of my child.

He very rapidly went outside to bring me a cart. This is suprior customer service.
It means this store has great employees under wonderful management who I am sure encourages and promotes good customer service.

I was helped by Mr. Pierre Bergeron and his colleauges. Excelent people. I bought all my roofing material from them. The ladies and getlemen here very nice.

My material arrived Saturday morning as they promised and was put on the roof with their boom truck.
Very happy customer. I recommend them. They are near my home but even if you have to travel to get their good service it is worth it.
