I was so very happy with the service I received from Fraserview. Angela and Brad were wonderful so helpful so accommodating. This was the worst time in my life and was so nice to have friendly and capable and knowledgable people to walk me through it.

The staff at Fraserview Crematorium were wonderful! Very kind and sympathetic at a trying and difficult time. They understood the need for economy and dignity and no high pressure sales tactics that you sometimes hear about were employed.

They were also of great assistance in helping us know what our next steps needed to be in terms of paperwork and what would be needed. For a person who has never had to deal with the arrangements around the death of a close loved one, their guidance made everything so much easier. I was confident that all the necessary care would be taken not only of my loved one, but of myself as well.

Angela was very professional, caring and compassionate. I felt very much at ease and comfortable with her. The lady at the fro t desk was awesome as well. She was smiley and very polite and was able to put things at ease.

Angela was understanding and compassionate and helped me with all aspects of the process after my father passed away. She made a difficult process easier. Highly recommend.
