Been going here for 3 years. Elle is the most friendly, professional and caring person ever. They offer highly immaculate, and well done precise dry cleaning where they have the personal touch of fixing items (with charges) where needed and always finding a solution. Spotless Dry cleaners and the franchisee owner Ellie are a 10+ service. When you enter the store she welcomes you with a smile and carefully handles your clothing. You know your stuff will be handle with care. I have been using their services for over 1 year and i am extremely happy with everything, quality, service, price and above all the friendliness at every visit. I have been a customer for nearly 8 years. Mario is great to deal with. He is very friendly and provides an excellent service to his customers. Not only I get my personal items taken to Mario but he also service the organization that I work at. Many of our clients also get their dry cleaning done at Spotless Dry Cleaners. Great service with a very good quality of work. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing experience with Mario! Made sure I left feeling 110% happy about my Danier leather jacket!
He made sure he explained everything in full detail before sending my coat off and ensured I felt as comfortable as possible leaving my coat with him and his partners. It’s a hard one to clean and Mario made sure the fur and leather were well taken care of! Please try this place out if you have any kind of coat, especially danier/ Canada goose coat
He even ended the visit with giving me a jacket sleeve for my winter coat!

I have been bringing my dry cleaning to this location for the last 7 years. Mario is very knowledgeable and provides a great customer service to his clients. He always goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy. I have recommended this place to many of my friends and colleagues. Took my Canada Goose jacket to Mario at Spotless. He was very up front about the process and ensured I was comfortable with everything before taking my jacket. Was told to come back on Monday.

Got my jacket back on Monday and it looked extremely clean. Jacket is about 6-7 years old and hadn't really been dry cleaned before. Mario's work brought the colour back and everything he mentioned that could happen ended up happening (ie stains becoming more noticeable if not properly dealt with / dried without proper care). Was very impressed. Will be bringing my jacket back at the end of season.

At Spotless Dry Cleaners in Vaughan, they're honest and professional. In fact, Mario takes his business very serious but he's a great chat, full of useful tips regarding his industry. It's a great experience every time I go there. Thanks for your great service Mario!

Wow. Mario was really great to work with. I have a very special suit jacket that is hand painted on the back - #TheWalkingGallery. I have gone to many cleaners but none could help me until Mario. He gave me a lot of good advice, even suggested a way I might be able to clean it myself. In the end, he helped me find a guy that was able to hand-steam-clean my jacket without any damage to the painting. Totally recommend Spotless Dry Cleaners.

Switch to this dry cleaners NOW! I have been to over 25 dry cleaners and this is BY FAR the best one (I move around a lot). The quality of work is 10/10, and the people that work there are the friendliest staff in the world. Glad I live near this place, and I will be sticking to it no matter where I move to, that's how good it is.

Amazing service and results! I am always nervous about bringing my clothes to the dry cleaners but Mario and his team are honest and will be up front about what they can and can't do - they have integrity. I brought in both a wool dress with red wine stains and a white canada goose jacket. Right away the gentleman at the desk said that it may not be something they can guarantee they can take off but at home to try removing it myself with hand sanitizer - guess what? It came off and I saved a pretty penny. Now my white canada goose jacket has seen better days. It picked up a lot of dirt along the winter and I wasn't expecting much and was realistic about how it would look. BUT when I got it back it was like a brand new coat again. Mind you I had taken it annually or bi-annually to another dry cleaner closer to my home over the years but the results weren't nearly as good. Plus, I learned they are authorized canada goose cleaners. These people are trustworthy and incredibly knowledgable. While I don't live nearby I will definitely take the extra time and come back. Thanks guys!
