I visited this dealership to get my dream car, a Jeep Wrangler. My first visit a few months ago was not favorable as the agent couldn't help me find the right one and didn't process my refund payment. However, when I returned, I met Roozbeh from Persian community, who helped me a lot. Thanks, Roozbeh, for your friendly sales process. Also Lyndsey, the finance manager, was very friendly and helped streamline the finance steps for me and my company.

Had an amazing experience at the dealership. They kept a lookout for the vehicle I wanted and once the Jeep I was looking for came in, my salesman Zak made sure he was there at a convenient time for both of us as I was coming from Vancouver Island, and he was extremely helpful with everything from answering questions, to the test drive and through to the entire sales procedure. The vehicle was right, the price was right, and I am so happy with the Jeep Patriot I purchased there.
The dealership makes everything go smoothly so that a purchase can be transacted in one day with insurance on site and a financial person available as well. I wanted to share my great experience with the Coast Auto Service Department in North Vancouver. I was impressed by the detailed breakdown of all expected costs without any hidden surprises upon pickup. Dylan, our service advisor, was extremely patient and took the time to address all of our concerns and questions. Jacqueline, who handled customer communication via text, was incredibly responsive and kept detailed notes of everything.

Although we are experiencing a lengthy wait for a back-ordered part, we eventually noticed a change in our vehicle's performance. The dealership team proactively contacted us and offered an alternative vehicle, which we greatly appreciated as it was the safest option. The best way I could sum up the experience is That Dylan & Jacqueline treated us like it was their vehicle.

I hadn't expected to make a deal when I went in, figuring I'd need a night to think about it, but I got a very fair offer on my trade in, and managed a sweet deal with a tire swap for a gorgeous Wrangler Sport S. Service department quoted us to have a locking lug nut that was stripped removed and replaced a total of 4 lug nuts one on each wheel around $100.00 which seemed fair. After all said and done it came to four times that with taxes $440.00 give me a break! Jon the service guy was nice enough but when you’re charging $180.00 an hour how can you not smile.
After writing this review I was contacted by Steve the service manager and was given a credit for $168.00 bravo to a company that would like a return customer

I absolutely love my new Ford Mustang! They made the process so seamless, stress free and enjoyable for me and my fiance.They also made our two little ones feel welcomed and they got spoiled with balloons and candy:) If you are looking for a vehicle they are your people. Foundation Jeep was as bad as it comes. I leased super spec'ed out Wrangler for my wife. But as soon as it had some factor problems, about 300 kms into the lease, they told half truths, lied and gave me the run around.

Coast so far have been phenomenal. They have been fully transparent in answering questions and provided every model of finance we requested. Did not feel they were misleading or telling half truths. They did everything we asked for. So for that they get the 5 rating.

But you only have one chance to get a business to work hard for your money. Because once they get it you will see the true business model. Post purchase service is a GREAT way to judge a business model. Lets see how this one works out.

Had a check engine light come on my Pacifica
The service department took it in and did a through inspection to find the problem. It turned out to be a major issue but they dealt with Chrysler and my gold plan and were able to correct the issue completely. I was also provided with a car through my warranty while I awaited parts. I feel the service department did a great job and truly wanted to be sure everything was addressed. The new management seemed to have turned the service department around. I highly recommend buying their gold plan warranty from Chrysler if you plan to keep a vehicle for a long time.

Great service, excellent prices. No one in the okanagan could come close to Coast Chrysler deals. Very happy we took the drive. Carlos, Lindsey and Jamie were a pleasure to deal with. Love my new Jeep!!
