ViewPoint RV Park & Cottages

Stayed here one night at the end of our vacation. Very clean modern (but simple) washrooms. We had an RV but the manager let us look in one of the cabins and they seem nice and clean as well. Very close to the highway so a bit of noise. Swings and playground equipment for the kids, pet friendly, communal firepit.

So glad to have this Gem of a property to stay at! This is our 3rd year staying here and we can’t wait to come back. Liz and Scott are fantastic hosts, Cottages are clean and cared for, laundry and washroom facilities are well maintained.

Accommodating from the beginning!! Scott told us their bathroom code and let me tell you, it was glorious! Very clean! From there it got even better. Room was super cozy with amazing A/C! Dont let the busy highway deter you, fantastic place to stay!!

The Campground is small but beautiful, well managed and very well maintained. The owner is very personable and loves to chat with the traveller's. The only downside is that is right on the highway and can get noisy with the traffic going by. It is also near the rail road with trains passing by often. So if you don't mind the noise, this is a great place to stop for the night.

A beautiful location over seeing the lake , very clean from the grounds to the facilities. Scott and his wife are absolutely super people . My wife and I had drove for 2 days with no shower , so looking for a shower I called Viewpoint and they welcomed us to come clean up for a small price . When I offered some money to Scott he looked at us and said , happy Canada day . We thank you very much , and have talked about bringing the trailer from alberta to stay for a few days . We stayed for 2 nights! Great place owners are very sweet people! Our son is autistic and we were worried about the noise complaints and everything went smooth for us. Great place to park and explore all the amazing places near by. Most are 30 minute drives! But worth it. Nice laundry and showers also very clean!! We will definitely stay here again when we come back in this area!

Awesome place to stay!! We were a group of about 25 people. Everyone had a lot of fun and liked the camp. Scott and Liz are amazing hosts! Cabins are well appointed. Everything is clean. Highly recommend booking here. Lots of space for games, kids playground and horseshoe pitch. Great view of the lake too!!

Lovely place to stay. Great host, very clean resort, nice bathrooms and showers that are nice and hot. Would highly recommend. Bit of traffic noise, but all the amenities outweigh the traffic noise. Glad we chose to stay here.

Nice RV park. Very clean facilities. Friendly and knowledgeable hosts. So nice to interact with people than an online reservation process. Great WiFi service which was appreciated since we are from the US.

Nicest owners you could meet, just so kind. Nice little spot, great showers etc...small place for kids to play just idea and affordable. Defo stop here again xx

Very friendly owner greeted us, allowed our friends to visit as long as they registered and the cleanest washrooms I have ever seen. It was a delight staying here. I think our neighbours were long time stays and they were most accomodating lifting their awning for us to open the slide. Delightful people.

The owners are awesome. The campsite is very clean and the washrooms are the cleanest out of every campground that I've stayed at. Good times had by all for our family celebration of around 30 people.

Love it here. I'm staying here right now and my little cabin is so cute, clean, and comfortable. For being right off the highway there is very little highway noise. The owners are so nice as well. Campsite area is clean and calm.

Very welcoming hosts. We got an RV parking spot that had a very nice view. Quiet setting. Cozy fire pit and accommodations. Showers and bathrooms are extremely clean and comfortable for use. There is a playground for children as well. Definitely recommend as a stop in an RV or a cottage rental!

this place was really great. the owners are about the best you can ask for. we came in a little late, so Dennis helped us back in and get set up. then showed us the facilities. complete laundry and awesome bathrooms/ showers. definitely coming back next year.

Small camp ground but very nice. Friendly staff and very helpful. Gravel road, gravel site nice and level, pick nick table, laundry and showers (did not use), good Wi-Fi, cable . Full hook up $42 Canadian. Great view of Lake at the end of the campsite on a viewing deck.

My husband and I have stayed at the viewpoint for 2 summers. We always have a great time there, the owners, Dennis and Carol are super helpful and friendly. The resort is spotlessly clean.
If you're looking for a place to stay or park your RV, the Viewpoint is the place.

Yep great location sitting in my RV looking at the lake from site 10 so dont know what previous comments are about. Yes it is on the highway so some highway drone in background. Hosts most accommodating. Facilities Wifi, BBQ, toilets and showers first rate. Ladies facilities excellent (apparently so my wife says). Boutique park great place.
