Best front desk guy EVER... Derek.
He's your man.
Made our stay just That much better with his warm smile and friendly demeanour.

If you need to stay in a hotel in peace river the rooms are quite nice, but the service is better.

I visited The Pub (at Peace Valley Inn) w/ friends for dinner & a drink. We each tried a different menu item & all 4 of us enjoyed our meals.

Great service! The room was very clean and fresh, came with a 10.00 coupon for breakfast at Smitty's. New owners seem to be doing great things. The attached pub and restaurant had amazing food, great place, great price, great location!

This place has made a lot of positive changes, so we'll stay here again. It's nice to have the restaurant right there because you can have your breakfast/lunch and go.

Affordable and good location, staff were amazing and patient with us and were very friendly and warm as we ended up having to stay nearly a week due to vehicle problems!

The restaurant in peace valley inns is wayyy better now, so many more options, food is good and cooked, never had to spend anything back in over a year and I go there twice a week. The stafff are awesome, barely any wait times, super friendly.

Wonderful atmosphere with countryside style pub and restaurant. Convenient for longer staying due to the room kitchen!!

Town in Alberta, Canada

Peace River, originally named Peace River Crossing and known as Rivière-la-Paix in French, is a town in northwest Alberta, Canada. It is along the banks of the Peace River at its confluence with the Smoky River, the Heart River and Pat's Creek. It is approximately 486 kilometres northwest of Edmonton and 198 kilometres northeast of Grande Prairie on Highway 2. It was known as the Village of Peace River Crossing between 1914 and 1916. The Peace River townsite is nearly 1,000 feet below the relatively flat terrain surrounding it. source
