The ladies at this branch are always looking to help their clients with whatever challenges they face. I've been with this bank since I was 16 and I am now 23, I plan on staying for a long time! Highly recommend.

Not a very busy ATB so in branch visits are super quick!

Absolutely no support. My husbands account was hacked, 1500 was transferred out. The branch will not approve the return of the funds even though it was ATB online fraud that noticed the strange transfer and attempted subsequent transfers. This has been an ongoing issue for about a month now. How is a family supposed to survive during a freaking pandemic when they have had that much money stolen. When we were originally made aware we were told not to worry and it would be taken care of. ATB doesn’t care about your average Albertan, they only care about there bottom line.

They have completely shattered my trust with them. An issue occurred with a payment. In stead of giving me a warning or calling me to sort it out, they quietly refunded it behind my back. Now I'm on thin ice with my insurance, the bank charged me 40 something for a fee and my insurance wants to add a fee. All they had to say was "well i dont know the its all automated we cant look at your accounts we cant see anything" its real uncomforting to know that as soon as there's an issue at your expense they just throw their hands up feigning innocence saying well the computer I cant do anything.

The bank is very slow at getting most things done alot of other banks that are a half hour away are much faster.
