Proper dry cleaning service at great affordable prices. Very honest and not out there to rip you off, for example...had a problem with the zipper on one of my jackets, everywhere else I went to told me I need a new zipper from top to bottom. She fixed it for $5 and I didn't need a new zipper. Still works fine today if not better than when I bought it !!! She also hemmes clothes at very low negotiable prices. Recommend this place to people that require this kind of service. 👍 👍 👍

Great customer service and truly lives up to the Snow White name. I took a whire suit that had gotten really dirty over time and they were able to make it look like new. Highly recommend them for your dry cleaning needs.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My family and I have been going here for over 20 years, so when I brought my $500 silk dress to be cleaned -- I anticipated that it would be in good hands. Upon receiving my dress back, I noticed many little holes and pulls in the fabric that were NOT there prior to getting it cleaned. After pointing this out to the owner, she started to yell at me and took absolutely no ownership. At one point I looked at her and said "we looked at this dress together when I dropped it off, you and I both know there weren't any holes", to which she responded "well look at the sign, we're not responsible for any damages". This lack of accountability and terrible customer service should not be rewarded with business. A $20 service turned into a $520 service with the damage of my dress,

I was visiting out of town and needed a single shirt dry cleaned, when I arrived to pay, I tried several cards but her machine didn’t accept American cards. I did not have any cash or a Canadian card.

Because of my phone number being American, she was aware when I had dropped it off but failed to tell me her machine doesn’t accept cards from outside Canada.

My cards work EVERYWHERE. This was the only place it wouldn’t work. I tried all the cards I had, several times.

It was a total of 5$, and although I did want to pay her, her machine wouldn’t take it. She processed to make a big scene out of it and started yelling and being extremely unprofessional, and very very rude.

I would advise that anyone reading this take their business elsewhere. The attitude over 5$ and her faulty machine doesn’t deserve the business of the people in the area.

Hello everyone, those dry cleaners doesn't do they're job properly at all ,I am looking to report and complain, check your clothes after cleaning properly.

This woman stole my clothes! She's blatantly lied about it and we need to involve the police - she's a liar and a theif- do NOT. Go here !
