I have recently taken over my parent's affairs, and Tara Neville has been the very best in assisting me in my new responsibilities. She has an amazing level of understanding of my family's insurance needs, and also an understanding of my parent's needs at this transition stage of life and how to best assist me as I assume more responsibilities.

I delt with Amy at McDougall Insurance for boat insurance. Her service was impeccable! No answering machine, someone answered the phone immediately unlike Western where we currently have some insurances. I called 3 times within 2 days as we wanted to take our boat out on the weekend. Only got an answering machine. Left 3 messages and what it was about. No return call. I highly recommend McDougall insurance! Insured within an hour with a very reasonable price. Looking to switch everything there. Extremely happy customer here.
