Dr. Denis and her staff are the most wonderful, lovely and caring human beings! The nurses are always welcoming and extremely helpful. Dr Denis is the kindest Doctor that actually takes the time to listen to her patients and goes the extra mile to extend the best health care possible. I have never left this office feeling disappointed, only extremely grateful that we have them in our community.

I’ve been very fortunate to have had a series of excellent doctors over my life. I feel enormously thankful for Dr Koudra now. She is superb. I’m also very happy with the nursing team that support her

I use many services there the staff entirely is amazing!! No problems with reception appts or awesome service everytime!!!! The people in this building have helped me to change my life take care of all needs in a very positive atmosphere! They treat you like a friend or family! Would give 10 stars if possible! Keep up the awesome service and compassion!!

I'm a new patient to this medical center and I have to agree with a lot of the previous posts.

My family has tried numerous times to call our doctor to schedule an appointment or even just a call, but no one answers the phone and there is no voice mail to leave a message. Plus on top of that my doctor is only in the office Wed/Thurs until 3pm. So if you can't get ahold of anyone in those 2 days you are waiting a week to try again.

I do NOT recommend Dr.Denis to ANYONE. She dropped my daughter (21 months) and I in the middle of my pregnancy because I got a midwife for my care. I got a midwife because it’s impossible to get ahold of her and she couldn’t even renew meds. So I reached out for the care I deserve and in turn she dropped us both! We are now without a doctor, and my daughter is majorly behind on vaccines because of how often our appointments were changed/cancelled. She also knows what I have dealt with dating back the last 2 years and mental health wise am not doing well, but still left me high & dry and my babies as well! I don’t know how anyone could do that to somebody. I am disgusted.

This clinic tried to prescribe me the wrong medication and when I phoned in to have them make an adjustment they were extremely rude and unprofessional. The receptionist even hung up on me when I was trying to explain that the pharmacist would not give me the medication because it was completely pointless. After I called back they mocked me before hanging up again.
They are unorganized, rude and lack basic knowledge of prescriptions. I have no idea how they are actually a clinic at all.

They were great to deal with and Dr. Denis was a very nice OB… except for during labour, I was given a medication I specifically asked not to have… it caused me a lot of grief afterwards. Wouldn’t recommend this place since a person’s medical rights are not respected. But if you enjoy medical malpractice, this is the place to go!

I just delisted myself as a client. I was going to anyways, because I live in Ottawa, but man alive trying to get ahold of this office was nearly impossible. When I finally did, and told the lady the difficulties I had she didn’t care whatsoever. I also informed her of the rest of the reviews that have the same problem as me: if you need to make a doctors appointment and nobody ever picks up the phone, then how are you supposed to make an appointment? (THEY ALSO DO NOT HAVE A VOICEMAIL SO GOOD LUCK) Nobody has hours in a day to try and get ahold of their doctors office. If you can find a different doctor, highly recommend that you do...

Extremely basic healthcare very limited appointment times and dates, extremely hard to get a consistent answer from the staff. Too much misinformation between staff and it doesn't meet the needs of the patients Only good thing is the parking.

Horrible experience so far had my appointment rescheduled 3 times spoke to Danielle receptionist expressed my frustration she didn't want to hear it and hung up very unprofessional

No voicemail. I am a new client and got called into work this morning. Called in access of 5 times between 8:30 - 8:50 when there considered to be “open” to reschedule my appointment that was meant for 8:30am and no one answered. Terrible receptionist if there even is one.

impossible to get hold of them it's like no one is there and when you try to go there they stop you and wont let you in the building without appoint . but cant get appoint because no one answer the phone

I have been calling for 3 days and nobody ever answers the phone and no way to leave a voicemail. I haven't even had my appointment yet and I'm already frustrated with this place
