Kristin is the best! I have visited Hela on several occasions. Kristin is never rushed. She gives you plenty of time at every visit.
I felt very heard about my concerns and questions, to which she answered in detail. Her expertise is 5 star.
She created a very comfortable environment. All the staff there are very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable.
I will continue with all of my skin care needs at Hela.

Today's brow touch up was excellent. She was professional, friendly and very informative. I left with a great understanding of aftercare and would not hesitate to recommend them. Their services are expanding all the time and I am looking forward to my facial in a few weeks.

I saw Carissa for my brows and they look amazing! There was little to no discomfort, and she checked in to make sure I was comfortable multiple times throughout the process. On top of that she’s incredibly warm and welcoming!

Was a great experience (as usual). Building is very clean and the Staff are always very welcoming and make sure that I am well informed on the procedures/etc that I am getting done. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in!! Have had dealings so far with Carissa and Jess and they are awesome!

I have been seeing Louise for various treatments at Hela and I have not been disappointed yet. She is professional but makes you feel comfortable at all times! She's your biggest hype person during treatments and afterwards when seeing results. She is so knowledgeable about her work and gives great suggestions making sure you always leave happy with whatever you have done. Not to mention Hela has the more welcoming space for all your medical esthetic needs!! Highly recommend!

Louise is amazing! From the consultation to the follow up she has been such a rockstar! She's easy going and listens to every suggestion/question you could possibly have. Just came back to give another glowing review! I recently had my eyebrows microbladed and absolutely love the results! Emma was so attentive and listened to my nervous requests and my brows turned out beautifully! Not too dark and very natural looking. Now that I know what to expect and that I can trust the artist, I'll be going back for the touch-up/follow-up with plans for a slightly more enhanced look and will book more of the other treatments offered. I appreciate the care, skill, and patience, Emma! We are fortunate to have such a wonderful team of practitioners in this gem of a business right here in the Ottawa Valley! I was hesitant at getting laser hair removal at first, but special shoutout to JESS Lavallee for making me feel comfortable from my very first session. I'm now on one of my final sessions for underarm and brazilian, and I'm so happy with the results :) No matter what service you're thinking about getting at HELA...they won't disappoint with their professional and friendly staff ready to answer any of your questions!

My permanent make up appointment with Carissa went entirely as I wished! Trusting someone with your permanent make up can be scary. The staff and services at this place are amazing. I have loved the results I have gotten from my hydra facials as well as services with Kristin. As an owner, Kristin is also amazing. She followed up with me when she saw I cancelled a service and when she found out it wasn’t working for me and my skin she offered another service instead as reparation. Amazing customer service!!!!

I recently found Hela beauty and I am extremely grateful. I was fortunate enough to have Emma apply my permanent eyebrows. She is friendly, professional and extremely skilled in her field. She takes pride in her work and I really felt that she cared as much as I do about the way I look. I left feeling happy, I love my new eyebrows and so does my husband, he didn't even ask me how much it cost.
