I was needing to have a pedicure done today because my son is getting married on Saturday. I know I left it till the last minute but I had a hectic schedule up to today. Anyways I gave them a call and they were able to fit me in!! I loved the service I received. Alice did my pedicure and she was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't rush through the service. Because of the experience I had today I will be back. I've decided I need to treat myself more and they are the place that will help me with this. ❤

Great massage therapists! Usually have had a different one every time and they’ve all been fantastic.

I have been going here prior to hip surgery and now continue to treat myself as I move forward. The staff are amazing.. friendly, professional and very accommodating, the view is amazing as are the relaxation chairs. Also, have been for a facial, which was wonderful.. Highly highly recommend.. time to treat yourself. .

From start to finish our experience at The Urban Oasis Day Spa was nothing short of fantastic; despite even throwing a few unintentional curve balls their way. We did a family girls day for my Mom's birthday. We had a group of 4 ladies and toddler with all varying needs/accommodations; each staff member was very dedicated to providing a great customer experience for everyone. We each did the Stress Dissolver package, we were able to do each step at the same time, with a smooth transition through each phase. We left feeling relaxed and well taken care of! I look forward to going back again and would certainly suggest choosing The Urban Oasis Day Spa for your next girls day too! Thank you ladies so much!

My mom booked me a pedicure at this spa as a little treat before my wedding and it was wonderful. The staff are all very friendly and kind, and my pedicure turned out great! Highly recommend relaxing and getting services here.

Great service. My toddler destroyed my fresh pedicure when he stepped on my foot with his sneakers on. I went in for a touch up and they accommodated me even though they were super busy. Staff were quick and didn't even charge for the touch up. Much appreciated! Can't wait to go back.

Grandmother,daughter and granddaughter visited here for a birthday surprise gift. We were treated like queens!! We all had the most soothing facials, perfect pedicures and eyebrow waxing. Treated to coffee, tea and made to feel at home. Very friendly, down to earth staff. The view of the Ottawa river was the best view I have ever had while going to a spa. The chocolate paraffin wax on our feet was delightful and we chatted and laughed and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We are already planning the next birthday.

Staff is wonderful, they do a great job for a great price. Aren't pretending to be anything they aren't. A lovely Ottawa Valley day spa.

I received a pedicure from April and had an amazing time and a beautiful pedicure! This is my favourite spa in Pembroke and Petawawa. Definitely recommend!

First time experience: Went here as part of a bachelorette party spa day. The staff was welcoming and friendly, as well as equipped to handle a party of 5 women simultaneously. There are massage chairs attached to foot baths for pedicures in front of a large window with a view of greenery and the river. Pricing was fair, shop is clean, there is parking available.

Note: This Spa does not accommodate acrylic nails.
