Péssimo atendimento;
Solicitei uma coleta no dia 10/03/23, coletaram o produto no dia 15/03/23, e até agora dia 17/03/23 não saiu da cidade de São Paulo, previsão de entrega em Araraquara-SP, somente no dia 22/03/23, segundo a responsável do setor...

Péssimo serviço. trouxeram produto alimentício junto com produtos químicos. Tivemos que devolver.

O fabricante enviou novo produto e a Risso agora fica enrolando para fazer a entrega dizendo que estão esperando ter uma carga sem produtos químicos para mandar junto. Enquanto isso, ficam com a entrega fora do prazo.
