Quite a nice hotel. Simples though. If all you want is a simple bedroom near the beach... it's more than enough

I have enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is perfectly located, near beaches, malls and restos. It is clean, the breakfast is good and the staff is very kind. If I had to go back to Santos I definitely would stay there again.

The hotel is very good with a very friendly and helpful staff. They also speak English, which was very helpful for us (we don't t know portugese well) . The location is good with walking distance to the beach. They also offer you a place to keep (free) your luggage, in case you have checked out your room and need to keep your luggage somewhere while you tour the city around.

Average place with AC and safe in every room, partial sea view only from the last floor, good breakfast. After checking out, I noticed that I forgot a new shampoo in the room's bathroom and nobody found it. Probably someone took it.

Great reception service, the guys are polite, helpful, friendly and extremely handsome.
The rooms are comfortable and very clean.
Breakfast is nice, a nice but small variety of food but sufficient. A great stay and I will certainly visit again

O melhor hotel da região, recepção com ótimo atendimento,os melhores manobristas,camareira muito educada,café da manhã perfeito,limpíssimo salão para o café, as cozinheiras são de extrema educação, enfim super recomendo, sem contar a limpeza do quarto !

Atendimento e cordialidade na recepção excepcional.
Quarto pequeno, bem limpo, com ótimas instalações de cama, muitos travesseiros, ar condicionado gelando direitinho, banheiro e chuveiro bons e limpos.
Café da manhã com boa variedade, pegamos 2 dias de mamão passado, provavelmente por erro de corte e armazenagem pela cozinha.
Piscina limpa, pequena, o suficiente para descansar.
Pertinho da praia. Cobram estacionamento a parte mas nada absurdo. A região é pouco servida de estacionamento.

Fui muito bem atendida desde a recepção pelo Sr Adriano simpatia profissionalismo e rapidez no atendimento.

O meu quarto era pequeno, mas essencial.

O Hotel Além de uma Localização Ótima, Tem um café da Manhã Maravilhoso, Limpeza Nota 10,E o Principal o atendimento Em Geral está de Parabéns, Se tivesse como dar nota 10 para o atendimento eu daria…Voltarei a Santos para ficar mais dias e sem duvida ficarei no Hotel.
