Café Jardín "La Víspera"

An Extraordinary experience, restaurant inside Finca de Vispera, overlooking an amazing vegetable garden in which they actually pick your vegetables from it, after you place your order. Slow-food concept, as it takes time to pick and choose the fresh ingredients. Come here before 2, sip fresh tea from.the surrounding gardens, and watch your food literally being chosen fresh, and clipped, in the garden infront of you, with the center of Samaipata in the background. Excellent establishment, with a deliciously creative Menu.

If you love nature, peace, good food and great tea, this is a must.

It’s paradise! The place is beautiful and the food delicious. I love the little details in the decorations, even the bathroom looks and smells nice!

Perfekter Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Eine Café/Restaurant mitten in einem riesigem Kräuter-/Obstgarten. Super leckere Gnocci's (60BOB), exzellente Tomatensuppe (30BOB) und ein sehr guter, großer Salat (40BOB). Das Eis ist sehr speziell, es gibt die Sorten: Lavendel, Rhabarber und Sablei. Salbei war gut, die anderen Sorten schmeckten mir nicht. Kann das Restaurant sehr empfehlen.

Wenn Ihnen jemand erzählt dass das Personal in den Gemüsegarten geht um Ihre Bestellung frisch zusammenzustellen, würden Sie es vermutlich nicht direkt glauben...Grandios. Wir lieben es in dieser Oase

Además de la variedad de comidas preparadas con productos de su propia huerta organica, tiene senderos y un mirador donde se puede apreciar la vista del pueblo.

Excelente comida, la sopa de zanahoria y la ensalada jardinera son imperdibles.
