Great food and wonderful expresso.

Truly the best in Copacabana. Service, food, and ambiance are superb. The attention by both Juan as well as Max was excellent.

Very nice ambiente in- and outside, they have a beautiful terrace! Great variety of coffees. Just tje service couldn't be any worse!! The waitor didnt come to our table, we needed to get up and ask to make an order. Then he gets very annoyed and passive aggressive when we ask a few things about the menu due to intolerances. Then he messes up our order and one of the coffees we would like to change. He gets again annoyed and but in the end changes it. However he wanted to charge us twice. He also wants to charge us more for the other coffees as he has two diffefent menues with different prices... No more comment. Unbelievably unprofessional. Such a pity as the place is really beautiful.

Terrible breakfast, pancakes came 30min after everything else

I have visited this place twice within 24hours and both times the owner tried to overcharge me. The first time I thought it was an honest mistake and I gave it another change, however after seeing he tried to do the same on the next morning I can only advise people to stay away from this place.

Very bad service, pizza was horrible. He told me they would have a classical wooden stove. That's a lie.

Rude service, average coffee

Ojo, si vas a pagar con tarjeta y aunque lo tengan publicado (Visa, Mastercard), adivina NO LO ACEPTAN.
La justificación, “no nos funciona la máquina, estamos sin sistema” y la máquina lleva tantos días sin carga eléctrica y que tenía hasta tierra, SÍ TIERRA.
Le pedí: “podemos intentar?”, “podrías enchufar la máquina” pues no, no pudo.
Le pedí hablar con el administrador, no me respondió.
Finalmente otro trabajador (curiosamente, el mismo al que le fue a decir que pagaba con tarjeta) me acompañó a sacar plata de un cajero automático.. me hizo un descuento por comisiones asociadas al giro. Descuento que me daba lo mismo, porque en mi cara me estaba mintiendo.

En fin, piénselo bien antes de escoger este lugar. Una de esas te podrían mentir con cualquier cosa, ya que no es un ligar de confiar!!
