RIVER PINE CHALET BANSKO

We had a great experience at River Pine Chalet. Amazing service for a great price. Daily shuttles to the gondola were much appreciated, and the food was fabulous given that we had a few different dietary requirements in our group. Staff were super friendly and were more than happy to recommend us ski schools, restaurants, and help source a birthday cake! No request was too much. Thank you very much for a great holiday x

We had an amazing trip to River Pine Chalet. The location is good, close to the slopes and to old town, the accommodation is a great size, with lots of space and the extra facilities of the jacuzzi and hot tub were perfect after a day on the slopes. But the best part - the hosts, nothing was ever too much trouble, so chilled out and accommodating from arranging transport to the mountain to dietary requirements! The food was insane, you could tell it was made with love. Altogether a brilliantly priced package, perfect for groups, our group of 11 would highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible team! I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable trip thanks to this incredible team. From the food to the impeccable service, every aspect of our stay was nothing short of amazing. Not only did they exceed our expectations with their hospitality, but they also went above and beyond by providing regular lifts to the gondola, making our stay even more convenient. All of this was offered at an unbelievably reasonable price. I highly recommend this to anyone seeking a memorable and hassle-free getaway.

Just back from a fantastic break at river pine chalet. The hosts Martin and Leanne were super helpful! Chef (Graham I think) was also excellent, the food was very good and catered for various allergies. Shuttle buses were also easily managed thanks to Vlad, another top guy. All support staff were friendly and helpful. Accommodation was spot on for our group of 14, clean, tidy and well equipped. Thanks guys, great stay would recommend!

Such a great week in the chalet, Leanne and the crew were fab, food was incredible and ferrying us all too and from the slopes was spot on.
Would highly recommend for a great skiing break, we were a group of 14 with 8 children and everyone had a smashing time!

Couldn't have asked for better service during our stay. Really nice staff, happy to give you a lift to the gondola whenever - made it so much easier to accommodate a big group. Plus amazing food! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing week at the river pine chalet that was situated conveniently 2 mins away from the gondola. The staff were friendly, the service was exceptional, and the food was of a very high quality. I would definitely recommendd

9 members of the family went just before Christmas. We arrived and returned on three different flights with everybody being picked up and dropped off perfectly. The facilities were as seen in the photos and we were able to split rooms up easily.

The hosts Martin, Leanne, Milen and Vlad were really helpful and kept turning up with more food and then clearing it away. A blessing when you have a large family.

The snow conditions weren't great as all the snow was removed as we arrived by a warm belt of rain. We did get two days off skiing with the rest walking down the mountain, bathing in outdoor thermal baths and going in a open top Jeep around the foothills and through the woods.

We all had a great time with the young ones (20s), the oldies (30s) and me and my wife (50s). Strongly recommend.
