BANSKO CHALET GINCHINI

We had an excellent week skiing and staying in chalet Ginchini (catered). Martin and Milen answered many initial email enquiries pior to the trip promptly. Everyone on the chalet team were super friendly and attended to every tiny detail. The food was delicious and kept us speedy down the slopes.
We had a really great experience and hope to come again soon.

17 of us stayed at chalet Ginchini over the new years period and it was absolutely fantastic. Throughout the organisation Martin was fantastic, replying quickly and clearly, everything was very easy and slick. We had some difficult dietary requirements included 5 vegans and the chefs were fantastic at accommodating everyone with really tasty food! The chalet is very large and comfy, even with 17 we had lots of space. The staff were all so lovely and warm to us and we couldn't have asked for anything more! Thank you very much, we will be looking to come back next season!

We had a fabulous stay in Ginchini during the last week of the 2022 season. Martin was extremely helpful from our first contact in January 2021 and was super flexible when we had to cancel our Christmas 2021 trip and re-arrange to April 2022. The best part was not having to think about anything except flights - transfers, accommodation, food, ski hire, gondola shuttles, additional trips, restaurant recommendations for the chef's night off - it was truly relaxing. Ginchini was perfect for our group of 16 with plenty of space and comfy bedrooms. The food was excellent and there was always plenty to eat. We hadn't expected a full week's skiing in April but conditions were perfect and we were on the mountain every day. Vlad as our day to day host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. All in all we had a perfect holiday and the group were extremely impressed with everything about the trip. I wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you to Martin, Vlad, Graeme and the team again.

18 of us stayed at Ginchini Chalet. Right from the initial enquiry with Martin at Explore Bansko I was massively impressed with the service. Martin is so helpful, even with the many questions our group kept posing to me to ask! Martin and his team sorted loads our for before arrival, then the transfer from Sofia was great, introductions, kit rental, chef plans was superb. The team could not do enough for us. We decided to pay the bit extra for the daily shuttles to and from slopes to avoid the gondola and we came back at different times and the team always tipped pit and collected us.
The food was lovely and service within chalet was great.
Cannot recommend enough!

Had a great time at the Ginchini chalet. The team was very helpful and kind. We will definitely return next years.

Very good experience at ExploreBansko-Chalets! These chalets are perfect for groups, we stayed one week in River Pine Chalet and we really liked the place. The price-quality ratio is probably unbeatable, they propose also a good ski rent service.

Moreover, the service is excellent : the team is available, kind, have the sense of service and drove us everyday at the ski lift. This made our experience at Bansko even better!
I really recommand it!

Très bonne expérience à ExploreBansko-Chalets! Les challets proposées sont parfaitement adaptés pour les groupes, nous sommes restés une semaine au River Pine Chalet et nous avons vraiment apprécié le lieu. Le rapport qualité-prix est probablement imbattable, ils proposent aussi un bon service de location de ski.

De plus, le service est excellent : l'équipe est disponible, aimable, a le sens du service et nous conduisait tous les jours aux remontées mécaniques. Cela a rendu notre expérience à Bansko encore meilleure!
