The cuisine is excellent, the staff is more than friendly and the hotel deserves more than just 3 stars! We really loved it and we’re looking forward to going there again!

Excellent choice for everyone who loves nature and relaxation. Loved the comfortable rooms and the spa but the highlight was the friendly staff and the Excellent cuisine! The waterfalls is a must see and this hotel is in the middle of the beautiful park. We will make sure to visit again!

Great place if u want to disconnect. It's walking distance from Krushuna Falls. Very green and quiet place. The hotel has beautiful, clean and bright rooms. Very comfortable beds. The food in the hotel was very good, staff is super friendly. Lovely spa area... Nearby is a big mineral outdoor swimming pool. We are definitely visiting again.

We had a great time there. The rooms are pretty wide, tidy and clean, the perosnall was nice, polite and trying to help us get the best of our stay.

The hotel is located right below the Krushuna waterfalls, and there are amazing views around the hotel and the walking towards the waterfalls is great even with small kids. Few pictures are added below, for the views.

The rooms were tidy when we came, The food was wonderful (probably the biggest highlight), and there was a strong internet connection. Though there is no hotel pool, close by is a public mineral water one (entry cost is around 2 leva). The hotel is also close to the Krushuna Waterfalls, which were very beautiful. I didn't go to the spa, so no comment on that. The biggest issue was the slow service at the restaurant, but the quality of food was worth the wait. Another issue was the big amount of mosquitos, so bring repellents. Other than that, I really enjoyed the experience. If you go there I have 2 tips for you: when you want the towels or bed sheets changed, leave the paper sign thing on the door. The staff won't change them otherwise. Also, when you order fish ask which one was delivered that day, or the day before. We had freshly delivered fried trout, and it was wonderful. I wish you an enjoyable experience :)

Very cozy and homey hotel among the nature, clse to the Krushananski waterfalls, which is magical place.
Food in the restaurant fresh and delicious. Breakfast had pancakes, which I loved!
Single room was great, with all expected from a hotel room - all in great shape.
Service was done with a smile, which is rare in hotels of this type.
Also has sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath, but I did not have time to check.
Definitely recommend!

Beautiful place, very tastefully furnished, clean rooms. Better than most of 3-stars hotel I have been. The Krushuna waterfall is really close to the hotel. The food is good, there are very tasty steaks, nice wine and desserts.

A nice new hotel located near the entrance of the Krushuna waterfalls. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped with anything you might need when traveling. I particularly liked the shower and the fact that it wasn't spraying with water the rest of the restroom which happens to be a problem quite often with other hotels I have been to in Bulgaria. The breakfast is great. To my pleasant surprise it included mekitsi, banitsa and french toast.

Location is just perfect. The food is amazing. Rooms are big and clean. Service is wonderfull. They speak English. It has parking. I have been here 2 times and If I have to come back I will have no doubt where to make a reservation. Totally recommended. Great hotel to eat, sleep and to be connected to nature.

Excellent location, brand new facilities, clean rooms, the SPA center is quiet and clean, super relaxing. The staff is amazing, very polite and knowledgeable. Would stay there anytime.

The best place to stay in the area! Comfy rooms with all amenities needed. The restaurant is superb with fresh and delicous cuisine. The location is great, right next to the river and near the Krushuna waterfalls.

Beautifully situated place, only 10 min walk to the Krushuna waterfalls, great crevice, delicious breakfast, the food in the restaurant is quite tasty as well, the room are very clean and nice as well. Definitely recommend!

Amazing hotel for the price, very clean, great rooms and a nice spa! Especially during the winter big windows in the rooms and in the lobby present a great view!

Nice peaceful place. Great stuff and service. I have stood been in many hotels all over the world, but this hotel have really impressed me.
