Awesome staff,everyone is friendly and helpful.
Head chef is great as well,best cheesecake.
Spa center has more than enough facilities,although the pool is a bit smaller compared to the competition.
My review for 5 stars is because of the hotel staff,if it was only based on the facilities and room, I would probably go for 3.5.

went here couple days ago i did not like this place the food was ok but the problem was the rooms and cleanliness
rooms are dirty and they do not clean the bad,bathroom,carpet they just get rid fast
in the spa area u dont have no towels no place to sit nothing the pool is very small with a lot
of crowed people u have to get the towels that u use on your rooms 😤

Easy to find and lots of space for parking. Inside was amazing with really kind staff. They have literally everything, and there was not a moment that we would struggle with something. Food was amazing with many different dishes for breakfast and dinner, also there was food cooked right away from the kitchen and the chief was very kind. Spa was big and clean and you can spend all day there in the different rooms. Only minus was the inside pool was always packed with kids.

Overall a very pleasant experience. The food was great with a lot of choices. The SPA was amazing and very clean. The rooms need an update for sure, but are still very nice.

Amazing food, very impressive presentation. Outstanding culinary team and staff. Ultra friendly service from the whole team in all positions in the hotel. Very comfortable lobby area. Convenient parking behind the hotel. 10 min walk to the city center.

I totally enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The (double) room was clean and tidy, but a kind of tight. The service was at a very high level - the receptionists were kind.
The spa center is quite nice with many steam baths and saunas and many hydromassage spots in the indoor pool.
The atmosphere in the spa center is very relaxing, but you could sense some unpleasant smell in some of the steam baths.
The lobby bar and the longe area very comfortable and beautifully designed.
Admirations and many thanks to the chefs in the restaurant! The food is exceptional, especially the desserts!

Great reception; Tasty buffet full with numerous delicious temptations; Comfortable rooms - work, relax or have fun- all is in the best way here. Swimming pool in and out and the rest of all the other facilities- you should try them all, will love it. Thank you and don't stop reinventing your business again and again!

For me it's in top 3 hotels in Bansko. Been here couple of times and it never disappoints. Food is very good and there is always very rich choice of it. The spa is very good. A lot of different types of saunas, pools and more.. There is a great fitness as well. Parking is not a problem since there is a big parking lot behind the hotel. There is also a small paid one in front of the hotel. There are event halls, playground and a casino.

The rooms are big more than enough...The bathroom is huge and very clean....I pay all inclusive for me and my daughters but we didn't use anything from that because it was too much food for us.
The hotel is kids friendly. They have huge kids area...The bar in the room is cheap so we use everything from the room.
In overall worth for the money ans definitely recommended

Very nice hotel, really great spa with hot pool saunas and more facilities + outdoor pool is placed across the street. Tasty breakfast, option for all inclusive. Placement not in the center of Bansko, 2-3 minutes (with car). Option for parking.

Very nice and clean hotel, the staff are very helpful.
The spa is second to none.
The food is plenty and fresh.
If you want to have a relaxing few days this is the place.

Staff was friendly and fast acting, buffet was perfect everytime. Spa was really good. Rooms are spacious and in good condition. Equipment rental isn't expensive and most of it is branded ( Burton, Salomon, Atomic etc). Shuttle comes and goes at good times for riding.

Great place, our room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was very rich and tasty with a lot of things to choose from. Unfortunately, I didn't visit the spa.

I really can't understand how some people complain about the facilities of this hotel as it clearly satisfies all the amenities that are required from a 4 star hotel and even in some cases goes further beyond.
The hotel is clean, as they regularly and daily clean the hotel rooms. The breakfast and dinner were amazing. It even surpasses some of the 5 star hotels in Bansko and in Greece.

I would definitely recommend this hotel!

One of my favorite places! I have visited the hotel both during winter and summer time. The Spa area is 10/10 , the best in Bulgaria. Food is very good 9/10 and the outdoor pool is renovated, large enough and with perfect atmosphere also 10/10. Every room has a fridge, tv and air conditioning. If you haven't been in the hotel until now, do it you will not regard it.

One of the best hotels in Bansko. Excellent and fresh food with great variety and taste. Spa, sauna, massage and other beauty activities are also included. Greatly recommend. It has a 25' walk to go to the center of the town which can be tough if you are drunk at night.

The food was really excellent! Have nothing to complain about the whole experience.
