Excellent spa. I confirmed the spa and gym are open until 9pm. 40 leva for both for a day both. Non-hotel guest are welcomed.
3 saunas, 3 steam rooms, a turkish steam room, hot stone chairs, a hot and warm pool and a outdoor cold pool at 16c.

Didn't stay at the hotel but has been visiting their Spa and gym. Very good gym, small but you have everything you need to working out. About spa - there are great choice of saunas, pools etc. you can buy daily ticket for 40 lev or monthly/seasonal membership.

Good for a hotel gym, a bit small if you count it separately from Grand Hotel Bansko.
The spa is excellent, it’s very big and offer a lot of sauna options. The spa is worth visiting if you just wish to relax
