Le Passage a la carte Restaurant

I ate there 3 times. I was surprised that the rating is only 3.9. From my point of view it is a 4.5 restaurant. Food is ok, the serivice was fast ( in november ). Prices a little high, but it is a 5 star hotel.

Nice atmosphere, very good food, good services. Incredible good avocado salad and I recomend the Black Angus Burger.

Salads were excellent. Mains (meat, fish, pasta) were nice. Desserts were very good (crème brûlée, vanilla Ice cream, coconut mousse). Everything is really well presented. Portions are good. Service is fast. Truly a great experience.

Servicii ok, serviabilitate permanentă si plăcută, vinuri bune bulgărești bune, atmosfera intimă, în prima seara am avut muzica live. Mâncarea nu este deosebită, pentru copii nu este adecvată și nici reușită (paste cu piper mult, pui cu carne tare).

it used to be a very good restarurant, expensive; this time we had one very good meal (lamb) and an awful one (fried squid) that was impossible to be eaten..same with the personnel, one lady very nice who was doing her best and another guy (who is also serving at the bar) ignored completely my complain about fried squid..also most of the desserts not available on saturday evening...dissapointing overall

I would like to give zero stars but I can’t. Bad food. The eggplant puree was acid, at least one day old, the octopus was guey, way too fried, and the lamb chops had absolutely no taste. The only good thing were the tomatoes in the salad.

The food is way too expensive considering the extremely underwhelming quality. The mussels were only reheated (poorly so) and the asparagus tasted like it came from a jar. The beers took 30-ish minutes to arrive, and there was only 1 or 2 other tables besides us. Thankfully, they gave us complementary bread and spread so we were able to get full off that. Other than that, the servers were polite and apologetic on behalf of the kitchen.

Called and they confirmed the table. Drove there and was told they didn't have any reservation, tried to convince us that we made a mistake. Tried calling reservations again, went to voice mail. No idea about the food.
