Hotel "Elegant Lux"

Would highly recommend !! Lovely staff especially Nico who was so helpful giving us recommendations on where to visit and making us amazing drinks with lovely conversations. Room and hotel was nice and clean, rooms are extremely hot so I would recommend turning your heating off when you arrive the heating from the rest of the hotel will keep your room warm

Me and my girlfriend came to stay here for 2 weeks. Had a lovely time here! The room was spacious, bed was a bit hard but not too bad, pillows werent great but again not too bad. it was really hot there but once we figured out how to put the heating off it was fine. Location was brilliant not too far from the gondola and the main street. The pool jacuzzi and sauna was perfect after a day on the slopes! We did have a few times where there was a unruly family in there splashing in the pool and getting our stuff soaked which was annoying but we just made sure we went there when there were no kids as its open until 9 at night. The main highlight was the staff. All of them were very accommodating and always had a smile! Rooms were cleaned daily and to a good standard, there was alyways someone to give us a lift to the gondola when we got up in the morning even though you dont need it because its quite close, but still a nice option! But niko the bar manager was the best. Always helped us out when we had any issue, made the nicest cocktails, good conversation and just a really great guy! Would definitely come back here if we are ever back in bansko. Thanks again niko from dylan and lauren :)

Beautiful grand hotel with luxurious furnishings, just like the one in The Shining but this one has only nice ghosts. Seriously, this place is worthy of its name: elegant and harkens back to a bygone era. The staff is really nice. They even have a bus that will take you somewhere fast, like the slopes or the train station 🚉. The rooms all seem to have really comfortable couches by the way

Excellent staff, facilities and organization!
Free transport to and back from the ski lift was just the icing on the cake! Loved the location, as it was quiet, yet just 5min walk from the central shopping/restaurant street area.
Clean and cozy atmosphere, perfect for families as well. Pricing was also good. Friendly and helpful staff, accommodating any reasonable request. Overall 10/10!

We had a great time staying at Elegant Lux, clean and spacious rooms, nice breakfast, pool and sauna. The hotel have a shuttle to the gondola which is relatively close anyways. Very friendly staff. I recommend this hotel. Thanks!

The best hotel in town for the money.
I was there a few times already and my stay was perfect: clean rooms, friendly personal and especially great food.
I recommended it to my friends visiting Bulgaria. Hope you try it yourself and for sure you are going to enjoy it!!

The hotel was lovely. I really couldn’t fault it for the value that I paid. The bedroom and bathroom was very spacious, clean and had everything I needed.

There was a good selection at breakfast which started at 7:30 The spa was very nice too and a great way to recuperate after a day on the slopes. The staff were all very lovely and helpful too.

I would certainly return if I go back to Bansko again

Great value for money, perfect location, nice breakfast and small but varied spa area. Really nice staff, especially Sophie the manager. Highly responsive for any question or request. Will come again!

Excellent place for excellent price. Reception staff very helpful, rooms nice and tidy, very good size, decent spa centre, overall very pleasant experience I would certainly recommend this place in Bansko.
