Св. Иван Рилски СПА Ризорт - Half Board & All Inclusive

We got a room out of the hotel, so we couldn't benefit from many of the services. Also the pool closes already at 9pm and the outdoor pool even earlier.
Other than that we had a very nice stay with beautiful view and room was clean.

Hotel is just amazing, amazing place, super clean rooms, amazing coffee/ bar /chill area with beautiful views, and a fabulous spa.
Buffet is ok/nicey but of course not really international and fitting specific diet requirements.
Staff doesn’t speak English super well but that is expected in Bulgaria. So don’t come up with complicated requests!
Overall amazing stay!

We visited the Spa area as outsiders with friends. The Spa area is very good and clean, the water is warm. They also gave us a towel in our pass price 🤌

I went this summer for a second year with my family. We had a great time as we had last time, everything was great. The rooms are always nice and clean. The view and location of the hotel are great, it is not in a busy area, looks at the mountain and at the same time it is a 10 minute walk to the nearest vendor street of Bansko.
Spa center has an indoor and an outdoor pool and a jacuzzi, massages are good and all the spa equipment you need.
Food is at top level by my opinion, the chefs there are working with their hearts, always different well cooked meals, fresh and different salads, fruits, deserts and soups.
Also two lounge bars one equipped with a conference room and separate kids center with animator staff. An underground Parking
Lot with enough spaces. Rent bicycles for the people who want to cycle. Big plus and bravo to The staff, they are warm, helpful and very kind.

Great place to stay. Smiling and helpful personnel. Spa center is very good, and if you are staying during weekdays, you can enjoy silence and good spa facilities! Recommending the Herbal steambath ..! Food was delicious, during the weekend there is a Live music. Rooms are clean and renovated, view from windows is great...5 stars experience!

Everything was great ... warm room ,clean , food was great (even had sushi),pool was perfect.There is one only thing you could improve tho ,maybe a pool table , darts , something that teens could do in the evening ,after dinner and pool.As it gets dark early(winter time) , they tend to get bored until they go to sleep.
Otherwise , i am sure we will return everytime we visit Bansko.

We didnt stay in this hotel for a long time but we ate there, not including in the room, we order from menu and food was perfect like service, very polite, gurl.
Boy in reception was nice, but lady with with curly hair was not so polite and nice.

Excellent place to stay in Bansko. SPA is big and well-equipped. Magnificient view from the open-air pool to maintain. Bed with comfortable mattress.

The rooms are clean and tidy. The food is fantastic. Great place for a vacation with children. The pool is warm and clean.

Employees are really great, professional, friendly and just excellent. Everybody speaks English very well.

Food is very tasty and there is so much choice for breakfast and dinner (although the choice is the same every day and the choice of main dishes for the dinner can be better) .

Spa area is clean.

I didn't like the carpets in the room ( they look old and the color is brown and you never know are they clean or dirty . Also, there was dust in the closets, so I had to clean it before use. Also, the walls are so thin, so we heard other guests. Lickely, the other guests were quite after 11PM ( because they put kids to bed, there are so many kids here).

Anyway, I had a great time here and I would come again.

It is a very nice hotel in Bansko. Everything was great in our holiday - service, room, SPA, food. We were on All inclusive and every day we had different tasty food to choose from.
The place of the hotel is at the end of Bansko, so it was quiet and great for relaxing!

We had an amazing 3 nights at this hotel. They are very helpful, try to find solutions to anything you request.
Spa center is amazing. It was one of the best Spas I have ever seen. Outdoor pool and jakuzzi looked amazing but we couldn't enjoy as we had a smalll child. They also had a panoramic view sauna which was amazing too.
Rooms are comfortable and very clean.
Open buffet for breakfast and dinner was sufficient. Especially, the dinner at Christmas night was amazing. Other days were ordinary.
Location of the hotel is also nice. It is possible to walk to Gondola but requires a long walk. They arrange shuttle until 11 in the morning to Gondola. Our room had a great panoramic view. There are also lounges that you can enjoy the panoramic mountain views.
The only negative thing was the parking capacity of the hotel. There is very limited indoor parking and outdoor parking. In a high season, it may cause problems.

Great service, very clean rooms and excellent food.
In winter its better to order rooms in main building in order not to dress and dry your hair every time you need to go to spa or to dinning room. especially f you are with kids.
Ski store in -1 floor is great and recommended prices are OK.
You can take shuttle from there and then instead ski pass you can take taxi to bundarishka and shligarnika for 10 BGN per person. If you a beginner with Family its preferred option for my opinion.
we are family of 4 (2 kids 8 and 10 years) and instead pay 270 BGN for ski pass, we payed 80 BGN for 2 taxis to go up per day.
Taxi station near Gondola taxi available almost all the time in holidays and Sunday might be busy. Also check Balkan countries holidays since many of them come to bansko

Good service, plenty of food and vines and nice spa

Great place, incredible food and spa. Perfectly clean and organised. Recommend!
P.S. The only cons is the road to there, it is a dirt, but it is under 1 kilometre, so it is not that much of a pain. Hopefully, they will finish the new one soon.

A clean, welcoming, newly renovated hotel… Plenty of food! Spacious, clean, fully equipped rooms. The lobby is huge with nice atmosphere after dinner time. Don't miss the pool and sauna. This hotel is properly for families. I recommend! ❤

Really good hotel gym, unlike other hotel gym this one has at least 200kg of weights, olympic bar and up to 30kg dumbbells.

The hotel is placed in a veru quiet area, food was very diversified, awesome spa (the inside pool is not deep for adults but was very nice, spa was nice also. We will definitely come back.

Amazingly good hotel in ski resort ⛷ Bansko with very nice and polite personnel. 👏 Everything is new - the 🥗 restaurant with 👌 gourmet food, the ⛲ SPA center, the gym, the 🏡 villas with apartments around the hotel.
There is a big terasse next to the restaurant that is perfect when the weather is 🔆 nice because the view to the 🌄 Pirin mountain is so beautiful!
Highly recommended place to go!
