A fantastic service, Ciara has been a pleasure to work with! Like many being distant from Bansko, selling a remote property especially during Covid lockdowns and travel restrictions is rather unnerving. Ciara walked me through the process, supplied a fantastic Bulgarian lawyer who I gave POE. He even tidied up my remaining water and electric bills. The sale was delayed a couple of times as the buyers had issues flying due to Covid but from start to finish took two months. I couldn't recommend Ciara and the team enough!
