Platinum Hotel & Casino Bansko

Very nice rooms and hospitable personnel. I recommend taking a room with a balcony. Extremely good food and also a bus to the gondola, which is anyhow only 7 min distance. Only bad element was the spa center where no one was showering before using the facilities. The lifeguard was completely useless.

It was an amazing vacation thanks to the kind team from Platinum hotel and casino. The hotel is in excellet ocation the town. Both private and central. Has beautiful view, free shuttle, relaxing spa centre, best casino in bansko, clean rooms and so, so, so delicious cuisine! All members of.the team in this hotel has absolutely loving attitude and give you so much attention! I'm respected! ☺ Surely recommend it for both families, big companies of friends, couples and whatever you chose!

We were in a room for 3 and it was big enough and the beds were excellent. It was very clean and towels were changed daily.
Both breakfast and dinner were rich and had a lot of options also for kids

Didnt stay in the hotel just went to Casino. Been in casinos all over the world and i can easily say this is a good one. Do not look at people’s bad comments who lost money :) very nice place with nearly all the games and slot machines.

Only 10 minutes walk to the ski lift gondola, though you have a shutle every 20 min.

Everything is excellent. Delicious food. Excellent service. In the shower the water splashes everywhere. The workers who arrange the room do not clean the shower and the toilet

Goce and Albert are absolutely amazing!! Our favourite bar in Bansko with open fires outside, great mulled wine, awesome music. Not much more you can ask for!! MUST VISIT IF IN BANSKO! And try the shots on the ski!!

excellent food, location, price. The only issue with a service is that we were 3 people, but after almost each cleaning they left towels for a couple and I had to ask to bring one more.

Top quality hotel. Clean rooms, very good food and friendly staff. I recommend if you are staying in Bansko.

Great stay for 4 nights. The facilities were perfect for cooling down after a full day of snowboarding. Hotels amenities are exceptionally clean. Included breakfast and dinner had me going all day without needing to eat out.

If you go skiing in Bansko the Platinum is a very good choice for a hotel. 5 minutes walk to the lift, nice cozy rooms. Food was also very good. If you eat Kosher, there's a Kosher restaurant and a synagogue.

Excellent hotel, the rooms were always warm, conveniently located ski depot. The only place in Bansko where I found Texas Hold'em Poker game. The Casino is world class!

Very good hotel. 500 meters walk from gondola but provides free shuttles. Good WIFI. Comfortable rooms. Good SPA. Good service. Good restaurant. Reccomended.
