We recently had the pleasure of staying at TANIN House during my visit to Samokov, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay.

Location-wise, TANIN House couldn't be better situated. Nestled in the heart of Samokov, it offers easy access to all the attractions and amenities the town has to offer. Whether you're looking to explore the historic sites, hit the slopes in the nearby ski resorts, or simply soak in the natural beauty of the Rila Mountains, you'll find everything within reach.

What truly sets TANIN House apart, however, is the incredible vibe and energy cultivated by the owner. From the moment we stepped through the door, we felt a sense of peace and tranquility wash over me. The owner's gentle and kind demeanor immediately put us at ease, and it was clear that creating a welcoming environment for guests was their top priority.

The house itself is cozy and charming, with comfortable rooms and all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. Whether you're enjoying a cup of tea by the fireplace, taking in the stunning views from the balcony, or simply unwinding in one of the common areas, you'll feel right at home at TANIN House.

Such an amazing house, wonderful hosts, the location is top - a walking distance from the main street, Lidl and Billa. The house is beautifully done, feels magical, the rooms are very clean and beautifully designed, the dining room and kitchen are fully equipped. There is also a sauna and a little gym with indoor table tennis. There is a park near the house with a great kids' playground and a pond with swans. It is rare to find such a great place to stay especially so close to a ski resort. I truly appreciate it!

Fantastic place for a trip with kids! Cosy apartment with homey vibes - there is everything you need to have a great time. The hosts are amazing and welcoming, the rooms were beautifully prepared for each child's needs. We had a wonderful family weekend - stayed in Samokov and spent the days in Borovets to enjoy the snow. Definitely will come again soon. ❤

Beautiful and cosy. Close to the ski slopes but far from the tourist crowd. Lot's of amenities, access to the town center and nice, affordable restaurants.

Много чисто, топло, красиво и уютно. Има добре обзаведена кухня, много удобна за приготвяне на храна по всякакъв повод. Наблизо има безплатен паркинг. Подходяща е за отговорни родители и изобщо за възпитани хора.

Страхотно място направено с мисъл и вкус! Чувствахме се буквално като у дома си! Чудесно място за почивка на семейства с деца. Апартаментът е зареден с всичко необходимо за деца включително масичка за рисуване както и материали, и игри. На 5 минути пеша от централната част на Самоков и 10 минути с кола до Боровец. Прекарахме страхотен уикенд. Биляна и Тео ни посрещнаха с широки усмивки и препоръки за места, които да посетим в околията. Със сигурност ще се върнем отново!

Прекрасна къща за гости.Много уютна,с всичко необходимо.Идеална за семейна почивка с деца.
Домакините са много мили и отзивчиви,помислили са за всяка подробност да се чувстваш удобно без да ти липсва нещо.

✅ Къщата е страхотна, напълно оборудвана, уютно обзаведена, на десет - двадесет метра от денонощен хранителен магазин. В близост има аптека и ресторанти.

❌ Външната вита стълба е доста неудобна, особено ако сте с малко дете.

❌ Подът във всекидневната и коридорът беше доста мръсен, а за спокойна почивка с дете това беше от голямо значение за нас. За щастие имаше моп, с който оправихме нещата.
