Stylish and charming hotel near the beach with beach restaurant. The service personal does their very best to make and keep their guests happy. I enjoyed the mineral water, SPA and 3 restaurants. Kranevo is near Gold Sands but very peaceful – a perfect place to rest from everyday stress and hectic.

I made a reservation for this hotel for 2 nights when it first got open. It still is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. We will be back sometime this year, and see if they kept their high standards.

This is a very nice hotel and very reasonably priced. It has lot's of things to do on property. Indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis. The water is very clean and heated nicely. It has saunas and massage services too. There is a tennis court, football pitch and a sand volleyball court. There is a outdoor playground for kids and a activity room in the hotel for kids too. The restaurant is good as well. Unfortunately if you don't have meals included the restaurant doesn't have a separate menu. The meals can be very pricey if you don't have a meal package added. It also doesn't have room service for food. The hotel is very family friendly and the staff is helpful, professional and friendly. I would give it 5 stars if they added room service for food and a separate menu available in the restaurant. Still highly recommend coming here no matter what time of year. Added note the beach is about a 10 minute walk.

Everything was a bit "tired" , in the need of fresh touch. The food was ok, but nothing special. Above average experience, but not excellent.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The pool and spa facilities were enjoyable, although we did encounter some issues with the Japanese tubs not functioning properly. However, we highly recommend trying the herbal sauna. The temperature of the children's pool was perfectly maintained at 32-34 degrees, which was ideal for our 6-month-old baby.

The room itself was pleasant, although it could benefit from some renovations.Both breakfast and dinner options were delightful, offering a wide variety of choices. We were pleased to find vegetarian options available as well. If you're considering meal plans, we suggest opting for the half board option as the à la carte menu seemed somewhat limited.

In summary, we had a great time at the hotel and would definitely visit again.

The thing that I can highlight the most about this hotel is the kitchen! The chef and the team cook with selected and verified products - traditional dishes cooked professionally! The meat was perfectly balanced in fat too which is very rare to see and a sign of quality. The dishes were different every day. Highly recommended!

5 stars is not enough for what this place deserves, and that is because of the highly professional, welcoming, helpful, accommodating, kind and friendly staff that work there. My family and I are demanding customers, we traveled with my sister who has special needs, and every single staff member (seriously, all of them: all the hotel receptionists, the chef, the wait staff at the restaurant, the housekeeping team) at Therma Palace hotel made it their priority that my sister and the rest of us have a good stay. Everything about the hotel was beyond satisfactory, including its facilities like the spa and the pools and its private beach, but that is something you can find in many places. Therma Palace is special because of its exceptional staff and that is what made our stay in Kranevo extra special.

Me and my wife visited the hotel in December, shortly before Christmas. During the weekdays, the attendance was fairly low which was quite nice. During the weekend it got a bit crowded, but bearable.

All of the staff was very nice and helpful and the room was nice and enjoyable. The food was fairly good, offering enough options so that you can choose what you like best.

The spa zone was really nice to relax in, with two saunas, a herb room, outside jacuzzi and an indoor and outdoor pools. You can get additional treatments at the spa(full body massage, facial massage, etc), but even if you don't get those, you'll still feel pretty good.

Overall, we're definitely looking forward to going there again.

Great service! One of the friendliest hotel staffs in BG- from reception to dining staff (am and pm shifts), to chefs, waiters at the therma bar and housekeeping! Good amount of options for food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They put out afternoon mini sweet and salty snacks and fruits- for everyone. Coffees, teas and water- free and unlimited 24/7. A very cute boutique type of hotel and a beautiful shore to top all that!

Surrounded by nature, quiet and calm, amazing food, perfect for families with children. Some small flaws here and there, but all in all a great place to stay and relax. Highly recommended!

The food is really good. The rooms are very nice furnished and comfortable. The pool is only 1.3meters deep and is not comfortable for tall people.

Majestic. One of the best hotels in Bulgaria. The SPA and service are great. Restaurant has amazing chefs. It’s clean and tidy. Prices are ok for what you get. Highly highly recommended

Beautiful hotel with a lovely vintage atmosphere. I loved the whole stay - kind reception, impeccable service, relaxing spa and pool area, beautiful garden, very delicious dinner. The sea is nearby - several minutes walk.
