Very nice place, amazing spa and pool. Very good service, very clean, absolutely worth it. There is only one thing for suggestion, the pool bar is only cash, it’s good to add card payments as cash is not very suitable. We will definitely come back and will recommend it to friends.

Hotel was great, spa area was perfect, all nice and clean. The waitress from the restaurant outside was very rude. She didn’t welcome us, when I asked her: where can we sit, we are seven, she simply replied: pick a bigger table. There for our lunch was was elsewhere. All else was perfect !

I saw the bad reviews on the site and I thought it's not clean many insects in the water, bad service and more. After I saw those I got scared but after staying there for about 3 to 4 days it was absolutely amazing. I did like that they had the prices on the fridge. Everything was transparent I loved The pool, the food was absolutely amazing, the cleanliness of the room. They didn't speak too much English only one guy speaked Overall the service was good, the only thing that I can think about improving is the way they treat their customers it can be a bit more kind and warm

Great place, excellent customer and medical service. All people there are professional and very nice. The whole stay from the beginning to end was nice and very comfortable. Medical center is state of the art - equipment, schedule and people are awesome. Food was great. Stuff nice and friendly, will recommend it with pleasure

Few weeks ago, I visit that nice place. If there are any remarks in my comments it is only like a recommendation something good to become even better.

It is very nice and easy to reach. Personally, I take rent a car from airport and after 2.5-3 h driving we were there.
If you are going to make some health procedures be ready to wait for doctor consultation. Unfortunately, you are not able to make an appointment for fixed hour. The only possibility is in working hours to wait in front of the door.
One visit to the doctor could take from 15 mins to 1 h. Average is more like 20 mins. If there are too many people waiting, manager could call second doctor to support checks from nearby hotels. Allays ask how many people are waiting before you as if there are a lot, maybe it will be better to go somewhere and come back later.
During the checks doctor share that hot water in the SPA is with specific content and it is better to be not used for more than 1.5 h per day for my problems (lower back pain). Maybe it is the same for everybody, but I didn't ask. If you expect to stay whole day in that very nice hot water, maybe you should ask is it OK.
The restaurant has big variate of foods and drinks. In the evenings in the lobby there is live music or something other interesting, prepared for guests.
Place of the hotel is very nice, close to a park and there are plenty of small restaurants nearby (if you decide to try something different or cheaper for lunch).
In the hotel there is label for Squash court, but probably they forget to remove it when they put very nice table tennis near the fitness. Table tennis room is big with good ventilation and lights. We spend 1-2 h every day there. If you don't have rackets, simply ask on the reception.
Rooms are clean, but because Hotel managers want to be as ecologic as possible, they don't change towels every day except they are not on the floor or you just simply ask the cleaning lady.
Outside swimming pool is nice for swimming, but it is not so big and if there are 4 or more people willing to swim, better to find another slot.
Swimming pools are opening from 10 AM. Before they are reserved for procedures like water aerobics, water gymnastic and so on.
Personally, I like it very much and could recommend to everybody, allays check for good prices on their site prior going. They have nice packages and sometimes there are no free places.
In Google hotel is mentioned like 4*, but it takes 2019 award for best 5* hotel in BG. For me it is 5*.

Totally enjoyed the spa and the healing water. I went twice and on the second day I remembered to go into the salt room dry. They have this amazing aroma therapy room with ergonomically designed benches that send the spine back to it's natural curviture. So good for your body. There's outdoors swimming pool and also this other treatment of the feet where you move your feet from hot to cold. It's 20 leva for the day to use the spa so yeah go ahead and visit. It's wonderful.

The hotel offers professional healing treatments from experienced personell. The spring waters of Pavel Banya are particularly recommended for healing bone and joint disorders and problems with central nervous system. Hotel rooms are decent size and well furnished, all with balcony and bath tubs. Breakfast and dinner buffets offering decent food are also included. There is a Restaurant and Lobby bar with live music.

Had breakfast here. I must admit friendly staff and quick order. Pasta was delicious and large. Nice place to visit again.
