The room was very clean, had a bunch of TV channels, food was very tasty, but kind of far away from the center of Plovdiv, so you have to take bus 1

very spacious, modern, comfortable and extremely clean rooms! I enjoyed my stay there a lot. the lady with short black hair (I wish I asked her name) was so nice while I was checking in and she went out of her way to help me after I dropped my wallet in the cab- she was calling every single taxi phone number she knew. awesome personnel, but more importantly an awesome human being. thanks a lot!

We had breakfast and supper here which was very delicious. There is a wide variety of choices and an excellent quality of food.
I also like the interior of this hotel. It’s modern, stylish with close to nature design in the communal areas. Just look up to the ceiling in the dining/bar area.

The greatest hotel in Plovdiv. The staff was welcoming and hlpful, the room was very clean, comfortable and cozy. I really enjoyed the tasty breakfast and other food in the reastaurant Etereo. I had no problems at all. Really enjoyed the hotel and the atmosphere.

Our stay there was perfect. The room was just like it was in the pictures, everything was good clean, staff was very friendly and professional and you have a really great choice when it comes to breakfast. The only flaw is that it is not located in the center, but still in a nice neighborhood, where you can park your car for free. A taxi to the center is no more than 5-6 leva.

I have stayed at holiday inn hotels all over the world. This one stands out as exceptional. The food in the restaurant was very nice. The morning buffet has many good choices for any diet I can think of. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff at the front desk spoke good English and did an outstanding job guiding me through my visit to Plovdiv. They arranged taxis, recommended nearby restaurants, and more. The restaurant staff also went out of their way to provide super service. There are a good number of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel if you wish to eat elsewhere. Old Town is also close by by taxi or you can actually walk if you wish. I commend the leadership that hired the people here. They made my stay most memorable

I was in Plovdiv for work and I stayed in this hotel that I recommend both to those who have to stay a few days, but also to those who have to stay for a long time.
The staff is extremely kind and helpful, the room was cleaned every days perfectly and in addition, in the restaurant you eat very well for both dinner and breakfast.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Very warm welcome, friendly service, large and comfortable room. Very clean and new. It's a bit of a walk to the tourist parts of town (about 15 mins) but easily the best hotel in this price range I stayed in during my time in Bulgaria. Parking was convenient and free. WiFi worked great.

Holiday Inn in Plovdiv is one of the best hotels where I stayed during my business travels. The stuff is super friendly, especially girls that are open for talk, and helpful when asked about some directions, cuisine etc. The Etereo restaurant serves great food for a very reasonable price ( I tried almost everything on the menu ), rooms are also very clean, and for me a big plus is the variety of available channels on the tv ( i could watch so many channels in english, that's rarely seen in other hotels ). I strongly advise this hotel.
