Staff friendly. Let us use parking for free (spaces are very limited so we were lucky). Room nice and spacious as advertised. Warm. Clean. Spa facilities nice. Lent me a vacuum cleaner (to vac-pack my luggage). Lent me a hair dryer. Security guard had no English but was warm and approachable through sign language!

Please go to the attached restaurant for ribs; they are amazing! (Book at least 6 hours in advance.)

5 minute walk to gondola (10 with ski boots). 5/10 minutes from main bar areas.

Some of the showers in the spa do need fixing and the floor could be mopped more regularly to avoid slipping. There could be better signage in the spa area so you know where to go / change as this is confusing.

Overall, great value for money.

Best in town in its category 👍The staff are very friendly and helpful. When i lost my phone they try to do everything they could do. They give you any information you need, plus, the chef is very talented, the rooms are very clean and not very loudy in general, yet very close to the center. It is also warm, no need to worry about cold weather. Definitely recommended

If i could give 6 stars for service, i would give. Great place. Great rooms, und excellent reception with greatest of receptionist that makes you feel you are home. I would absolutely recommend this place. When you have time here go to the hotel bar and chat with the nicest of man and play a round of table top game. Thank you all the people working here.

The hotel is positioned very close to the gondola. My room was very clean and spacious. Restroom even had a bathtub which was very welcomed after long day of skiing and partying. There is a spa with very relaxing music and lights inside the steam bath and showers. I was able to leave my baggage on the day of checkout and even take a shower when I came back from skiing despite the fact that I already checked out. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Price is incredibly good compared to other places I've been to in Bulgaria.

Great hotel. Near everything but not quite on the main strip so quiet. Lovely bakery literally 30 seconds away with fresh, warm bread every day. Staff amazingly helpful. Very clean and well
maintained. Quick waking distance to the main gondola.

Very nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is clean, rooms are big, I loved our bathroom and the location is great! Very close walking distance from the main ski lift. Our room had matrasses with springs, which I don't like, but room next door had good modern matrasses. We really enjoyed our stay.

7 mins walk to ski lift. Free sauna. Room is big and clean. Very quiet too, just out of the party zone.

Whenever we visit Bansko, we stay in Bellevue Residence Apartments.
Extremely clean and tidy rooms, friendly staff and really helpful guiding us in Bansko.

I visited this hotel at Christmas. Great location near city center. The rooms are very cozy and well kept.
The front desk staff were the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever seen. Their service went from their heart. The spa facilities are brand new and large. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, hoping that in the future it would improve. I would recommend it to acquaintances and if I find myself in the bansko again I will definitely prefer this hotel.

The hotel has the best location possible in Bansko which offers "best of both worlds" - while you are just next to the central streets, all the good restaurants and shops you are still in the area where it is quite and really pleasant for relaxation. Most of all - the gondola is in 5 minutes walk which is just amazing!
The staff is really friendly, they cherish each guest and the hotel is really clean - I have been to many hotels in Bansko and it is visible from first sight how much better is the maintenance in here!
Last but not least they have great spa, amazing views, spacious lobby and heating room for your boots - not offered in many places in Bansko!

Perfect location, exceptional service and very clean hotel! The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Rumen, the general manager of the hotel, is very professional and responsive to all of the guest’s requests which is rarely seen nowadays.

We stayed here for 3 nights, the place is really nice, big spacious room and balcony, the reception people were really friendly and helped us. We had some time at the spa also a very nice one , unfortunately the pool was off.

Nice clean hotel, very close at the center of Bansko. Many free parking areas too !! Recommended !!

Pros: big room, cosy, balcony, SPA with Turkish steam bath, snow gear room with heated rods
Cons: no double bed = just conjoined twins, pamoramic elevator out of order, pool and Jacuzzi closed (when I was there feb 2019)

We stayed at the Bellevue in Feb 2022 and the staff and residence were perfect. The front desk were extremely helpful and very accommodating!

An amazing experience in Bansko that was highleted by a fantastic stay in Bellevue. Truly an amazing place for our group of friends to stay while in the area!
