Raffy Bar & Gelato

Great bar. I had gone twice to the location in Sofia and the experience was great. Extensive menu with food options, including sushi, among many other. Fries were a bit cold and staff didn't seem too happy and the service was just ok, but I'm assuming it's because it was a long weekend and they were tired.

This review is from the three visits I made to this restaurant. 2 times for breakfast and one dinner.
I came to this restaurant on the recommendation of the hotel where I was staying, the first breakfast was an English breakfast and cappuccino, the waiter was not as friendly as I expected, still the breakfast was very good, except for the eggs a little cold .
In the dinner service, the waitress was very friendly and spoke more English than the previous young man, the take and delivery of our food was fast, the BBQ ribs, and the pork based dishes were very good, the hamburger I was not convinced at all, the bread was too big, the taste of the meat was not that good.
Finally the next breakfast was just as good, and due to a trip to Turkey, we asked if it was possible to order some pork meals to take away, to which the waitress and the cook very kindly agreed. So in terms of friendliness and taste of the food I would give a 4.9
Besides that the prices are decent.

Very central location at the pedestrian street. Multilevel restaurant, nice terrace on the 2nd level. Outside seating is great in the summer. Good menu, nice offers for groups. Friendly service.

Top location, great, modern and fancy interior, nice wine 🍷 list. Our waiter was pretty polite and the service was quick. Interesting menu, salad 🥗 list really surprise me. The pasta 🍝 list is also great! The fish 🐠 tanks are clean 🧼 (yes, this is important for me, too). I have no idea how dirty was the toilets 🚽, but yesterday they were perfectly fine. Parents friendly place. Don’t miss it.

Great location to have coffee, food or just some drinks. We were there couple of times during our stayed in plovdiv and we have fab service by one guy call Moun very profesional and friendly guy. They change the channel for us to watch the rugby 🏉 and one of the managers blond lady make sure we got good service too in our 1st visit.

I liked the aquarium as per my photos, but also I had some delicious food there too. Good customer service as well

This was actually at the Emily's side of the place, not really Raffy (yes, they share the same area), and it was among the best sweets and cakes I tried around.
I would not go there because of it, but worth checking if in the central region of Plovdiv.

A new restaurant in the centre of Plovdiv. Great location, a short walk to shops on the main pedestrian street. Good atmosphere, with popular music and great ambiance. The staff are all very polite and friendly, and the food portions acre large and very tasty. They also have lots of variety on the menu, so you can find something no matter what you're in the mood for. They also offer shisha pipes if you're in the mood after your meal, plus the restaurant is located right next to a beautiful fountain that lights up at night (and when the wind blows, the fountain automatically lowers it's height so you don't get water all over you while you eat). Really fantastic dining experience, 10 out of 10!

One of the best places I have been at the center of plovdiv. It is a super place that combines neoclassical architecture and modern interior decoration. All plates I ate here are excellent. The menu has a big variety of plates, drinks and sweet. I recommend Italian ice cream. The service is very fast, even on very crowded days. The employee can speak English and you why not have a problem to get served properly. Whatever is your reason at center of plovdiv, stop for a small break at Raffy bar. You will remember this place for a long time.

One of the best places to grab a bite! The food is delicious,the staff is friendly and professional and you can have everything from sushi to gelato.
