Campsite Durankulak

Looks nice from outside, BUT I was there just to get dinner at the nearby restaurant!

Many of us like being pampered in posh restaurants and standardized beaches.
But, dare to go a little bit outside your confort zone and you'll be happier and gain a lot of peace of mind.
The beach has no lounges or beach bars, but it's beautiful just because of its wildness.
The restaurant appears tobe a relict of the 80's but if you step into you will find an atmosphere you'll remember.
I will come again for sure!

Its great place to rest...to see sea...black sea...to swim...with great restaurant and views...but bath rooms and toilets...needs help...

I prefer to travel 7 hours, instead of 4 as a local Bulgarian, just to experience the warm welcome, and the WARM water. Bulgarian camp's have a lack of warm water, which is not an issue here. The warm, doesn't end here. The warm welcome, the restaurant with sea view are one of a kind. The beach under the camp site is not the best, but nearby you can chose a different every day of the week. It's not crowded nighter on the beaches nearby. It's worth the effort experience, considered the lowest price for a stay per person. Haven't tried the small houses, but they look pretty sweet from the outside. Will return back every year for sure!

Very nice remote beach and camping place.

Wide clear beach without a lot of visitors. Not a lot of buildings here so you can enjoy the sea, the beach. Most of the time it has a lot of waves, seaweeds, rocks on the shoreline. Quiet. Nearby there is a not big zoo with typical bulgarian animals. Perfect place to relax with friends and/or your family.

One of the best camp sites in Bulgaria. It offers a unique view, access to everything needed and has a near 8km beach strip.

Awesome spot of the seaside. There are one major problem. The mosquitoes bite ferociously, before you go there prepare yourself with serious repelents.
