Helaas had ik problemen met mijn K400 blender. Ik heb 2 mailtjes gestuurd met wat meer informatie en had binnen 48 uur een reactie dat het onderdeel dat het niet meer deed gratis wordt opgestuurd. Snelle en nette afhandeling.

Onze keukenmachine begaf het na 2,5 jaar. Gelukkig hebben we 5 jaar garantie. Gebeld met Kitchenaid en toestel verstuurd, binnen een week was deze gerepareerd retour!

Just wanted to comment on the Kitchen Aid household toaster, Model 5KMT221BCU, Series: WX43501017
Works well and the openings are wider even than the Dualit, so great for bagels or baguette slices, but it's REALLY hard to clean. The tray is almost useless. I can't imagine who thought that such a tray would actually catch much in the way of breadcrumbs. Actually the tray seems like an afterthought and not a design at all. The crumbs get everywhere inside and the design of the casings--or whatever you call where you drop the bread to toast--is such that crumbs get caught in crevices and ledges and never even make it to the tray. I like the toaster for everything else but it's a bad design for cleaning. If Dualit would just widen their openings slightly, I'd go back to that brand.
