Bonjour, super magasin! Vendeurs très pro très souriants très agréable. Magasin propre, bien fournis en taille diverses contrairement à d'autre dans l outlet. Je recommande!

The arrogant cashier gave me a broken 5 euro for the change. When I returned the product and wanted my original 50 euro back. He still insisted that I had to keep the broken 5 euro.
There is no customer service here but only arrogant people.
Thank you Jack & Jones for giving me the broken 5 euro!!!

I got a pant which tore apart on the very first day of wear and unfortunately it couldn't be returned because I bought it 4 months ago. I understand the reason for no replacement but their pants are not supposed to be that bad.

Stuff is unprofessional ,they are not friendly with customers , I guess its my worst experience in the outlet .
They dont even know there duty

Vendeur plus que désagréable, lorsque nous sommes rentrer dans le magasins comme de bon citoyen nous avons dit "Bonjour" le vendeur n'ayant pas entendus je suppose il a répéter bonjour 5 fois d'un ton mauvais. Puis il nous a dit que nous n'étions pas polis d'un ton agressif. Il serais bon d'apprendre le respect.
