Keramische tegel gekocht bij Inter Ceram/Techimex/Inter Tegel. De tegel is ons verkocht geweest als heel gemakkelijk in onderhoud. Er is duidelijk een probleem met de tegel, want hij blijft absoluut niet proper, alles dringt in de tegel, voetstappen zijn zichtbaar, enz . De tegel moet om de 2 weken geschuurd worden met speciaal product (29€ per liter) en schuurborstel (onbegonnen werk). Contact opgenomen met Inter Ceram. Project manager bevestigt ter plaatse dat er iets mis is met de tegel, maar achteraf onttrekt Inter Ceram zich van elke verantwoordelijkheid en doet het probleem af als een onderhoudsprobleem en laat mij als klant in de kou staan. Heel slechte service !!
