If your looking for good quality ThermoWood products, I would advise that you look elsewhere. Thermo Iroko that splits and so called clear grade Thermo Poplar that was full of knots and holes. Sent images which included having LDC wrap intact and they actually denied it was there material saying it was someone else’s. Incredible. Sent a sample of the material signed and tracked to them to show the issue and they refused the package and it was returned to us undelivered by Royal Mail.
There are better ThermoWood producers out there that actually take pride in what they supply along with good customer service,so don’t waste your time and money with this outfit. You have been warned.
