Best service to get in town! really nice guys at the Service desk! We booked in advance online. Highly recommended.

We had no issues at all. Got on a bus as soon as we got off the ship. It drops you off at the same point other busses and Taxi's drop you off. Return bus was on time and uneventful trip back. Exactly what I expected and paid for.

Marc (Marquito for mexicans friends) and Freddy are the best sellers/drivers/hostess, also best concierge for best traditional belgium breakfast… beer!

If you want a shuttle to Brugge, this is your best option.

Easy transfer from the cruise terminal into Brugge. Very clear communication before & during the experience. Marc did a fantastic job organizing patrons & the queue both at the port and upon return.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with cruise express. It was a cheaper and smoother experience than going through our cruise line.
Picks up immediately outside the terminal. Drops off at a location about 15 to 20 minutes outside of town (Markt). We found the walk to be beautiful and had no issues

Marc - the employee who helped load everyone on and off the buses - was SO funny and organized!! He had an amazing sense of humor, and definitely made the process go very smoothly.

Online gebucht, war etwas günstiger. Sehr gut organisiert. Es gab einen beheizten Warteraum. Busse waren nicht voll. Sehr angenehme Mitarbeiter.

Wir sind zum zweiten mal mit dem Unternehmen gefahren und waren immer sehr zufrieden mit denen. Das man mal ab und zu auf den Bus warten muss, kann man bei dem Straßenverkehr erwarten, aber die versuchen immer pünktlich zu sein.
Was auch ein Pluspunkt noch ist, auf dem Ticket ist eine kleine Navi Hilfe hinterlegt, wenn man nicht mehr den Weg zum Bus findet.

Pünktlich, nett und um einiges günstiger als die Shuttles von z.B. AIDA. Hatten einen Shuttle von Zeebrügge nach Brügge gebucht und unsere Tochter war sogar umsonst. Schneller, günstiger und bequemer geht's vom Schiff aus nicht. Die An- und Abfahrtszeiten richten sich nach den ankommenden Schiffen und man wird gut informiert, wann die Busse fahren. Die Busse waren auch nicht überfüllt und es war problemlos möglich, Buggy & Co. mitzunehmen. Man kann Tickets vor Ort buchen (aus dem Terminal raus und dann zwei Mal links) oder auch vorab online. Dann trotzdem nicht vergessen, am Schalter die Buchung in Papiertickets zu tauschen.

Günstiger Shuttle-Servive von Zeebrügge nach Brügge - pünktlich und zuverlässig.

Für einen Ausflug ab dem ABC-Kreuzfahrtterminal Zeebrugge nach Brügge insgesamt zu empfehlen. Man sollte aber bedenken, in der Ferienzeit, bei noch verkürzter Liegezeit, kann es sehr, sehr trubelig werden, mit entsprechend langer Wartezeit. 20 Euro pro Person für Hin- und Rückfahrt (Kinder bis 9 Jahre kostenlos) ist aber insgesamt angemessen. Bei Aida kostet der reine Transfer 35 Euro pro Person (Erwachsener) + ggf. Kosten für Kinder. Fahrzeit nach Brügge nicht ganz 25 Minuten. Alternativ geht auch ein Taxi, die einfache Strecke kostet aktuell wohl 55 Euro, sinnvoll gerade bei mehreren Personen.

Hat eigentlich gut funktioniert, die Busse sind aber meistens schon recht voll also sollte man definitiv etwas früher dort sein, um noch einen Platz zur gewünschten Zeit zu bekommen.

Betrayers, don’t go there!! The promised times are not kept, excuses after excuses. Same from port to Brugge and same driving back again! Save your freezing and take a different shuttle to Brugge! „Bus will come in 10 minutes“ and then you wait 45 minutes, and back as well 50 minutes. Only waiting time!!

Very poor experience, although the trip to Brugge was fine the return trip was a nightmare, the first return coach was scheduled for 3.30 we arrived 15 minutes early to no coach in the location we were dropped off and no que of people. Due to the torential rain we found some shelter and after 10 mins noticed people getting on a coach at the other end of the car park and the rep from the shuttle company (no sign or indication that this was our bus) upon approaching he told us the bus was full (had it been sign posted we could of got on when we originally arrived) and the next one would arrive in 25 minutes. To ensure you got a place on the next bus you had to stand in a line in the soaking rain and cold uncovered at the side of the car park the bus was then delayed and took around 40 mins, leaving a lot of people soaked including my 73 year old grandma who felt very unwell after this. This company needs to clearly sign post the coaches and either provide a sheltered area to wait for the return bus or operate a system of booking your slot on a return bus to avoid people being left in a similar situation that we were which to be frank was disgusting and inhumane.

Caution borders on ripping off tourists! Travel times will not be adhered to and guests will be held back until the next scheduled trip. Treat them to an end! Unfortunately not recommended!!

On 27April 2023, with your company's shuttle bus, I bought a round trip ticket for 3 people from zeeburugge Cruise Terminal to Burugge City Center. I paid 75 Euros. After visiting the city, I wanted to return to the ship early to relieve my tiredness. I got on the bus that departed from the station. However, after the bus started, it malfunctioned. It stopped 5-6 times on the road. I think there was a gear related problem. More than an hour of my time was lost on an extremely terrible journey. My time to rest on the ship was garbage. I am complaining about this service. Please return the 75 euros I paid for my lost time and unsafe journey to my credit card.
