I placed an order for a guerlain perfume and from start to finish Steven was extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole process. I was a bit nervous ordering as I wasn’t sure how it would turn out as I live in the US but everything went so smooth! I got my package today and I am in awe of the care that went into the presentation of the packaging and the included samples/gifts. I will definitely be ordering from here again and I highly recommend anyone looking for perfume to give this place a chance. Thanks again!

Wow, wow, wow!!!! This place is amazing even though I’ve never set foot there. Hopefully one day. But I did order a Guerlain fragrance via their website and they handled me so well. There were so many hiccups on my end during the order process but Steven was so patient and accommodating. I finally received the package yesterday after two weeks and it felt just like Christmas morning. It was definitely worth the wait! Steve included so many free goodies with my order! Tremendously generous. I was in total awe. It really put a HUGE smile on my face. So from the bottom of my heart thank you Steve and the team for making my experience extra special. I will definitely order again and tell everyone I know :)

Wow, was für ein Service❣ Ich bestelle ein super teures Extrait de Parfum von Guerlain und bekomme ein großes 100ml Flakon Guerlain cologne plus drei exklusive Guerlain Seifen , ganz viele teure, sehr hochwertige Proben. Ich konnte meinen Augen nicht trauen! Was für ein Service !! selten so erlebt !!endlich mal ein Laden wo der Kunde noch König ist. Ich bin sehr froh euch gefunden zu haben. Prachtige winkel. Heel vriendelijke bediening. Luisteren heel goed wat je wenst. Geven je goeie raad en ze hebben veel geduld. Ik vond het top .

War heute das erste mal im Laden und wurde sehr nett vom Besitzer David empfangen. Wollte aber unbedingt zu Steven da ich schon öfters mal online bei denen bestellt habe. Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht 😍, ich hatte noch nie so ein tolles Gefühl beim Kauf eines Parfums. Diese Art von zeigen eines Produkts war ein Traum. Beim Verlassen des Ladens wurde uns noch ein Duft draufgesprüht das wir fast wieder kommen möchten. Vielen Dank Steven für die tolle Beratung. 👍
