Very big store, friendly staff, I almost always find what I need there and if not the staff gladly helps out. They're also happy to explain stuff about the items or help you fit bikes, change the seat and steer height etc. They also have a bike maintenance place on site where you can go even without an appointment.

Bought a bike online from decathlon.be and we could not fix the breaks well by ourselves. Took the bike to the store 2 weeks later and got it fixed with no additional costs . Very helpful staff . We went to the wavre store.

Very friendly staff waiting for you to greet at the entrance of the store. Had no difficulties finding / buying the stuff I wanted.

Great shop for gears and outfits for pretty much every sports. The staff is friendly and professional, the place is big and well arranged and the prices are low. Do not fear to go with the home brands (Quechua, Tribord, Kalenji to name a few). Their product are the cheapest, yet the more innovative and often the strongest. Their R&D teams are definitely on the lead. Whatever sports you practice, whatever you age, it's always exciting to go to Decathlon.

Just a quick drive down the E411 from Brussels, Decathlon is a real sports superstore. The staff know their job. Got what I needed at a great price.
