The Royal Snail Hotel

Great little hotel 10min walking from the city center. Rooms are charming, size varies depending on the room. It is quiet , we had a room facing the river and main street but was super ok. The restaurant they have is exquisite, fine dining with great food and wine paring. The staff spoke English, and even those who didn't, tried their best.
Parking can be tricky but we were lucky to park in front. If not you can park behind the casino. Highly recommend this place

I travelled with my girlfriend in Namur, we chosed this hotel to spend time in the spa for our first trip. The hotel has a good localisation in Namur, we were close to the center and also next to the hill of namur with an amazing view of the city.
The room was very confortable, huge and clean. We spend someting like two hours in the bath, it is a very good bathroom.
The bed is good, I was just a little bit dispointed that is a double bed and not a kingsize bed (but I still have a good night ! )

To be perfect, I just miss a television with Netflix or Amazon.

And staff is very lovely :)

To conclude you can go in this hotelif you want to spend a good time with you love !

The hotel is beautiful and well decorated, we had the biggest room with the terrace and i would recommend every couple to do that. Easy to find, great location, spacious room, small useful gifts for the guests and a very nice bath that fits two people. It's also a very nice place to take pictures.

Cosy and well decorated room with a delicious breakfast served in it. This hotel benefits from exceptional views on the Meuse coupled with and ideal location (15mins walk of the center and 10 minutes walk from the Citadel). Friendly and professional staff , easy and free parking in front of the hotel . 5 Stars for sure !

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner à l'Hôtel et Restaurant Royal Snail, et notre expérience a été icroyable. L'accueil était chaleureux et professionnel. L'atmosphère de l'endroit est tout simplement magique, créant une ambiance qui vous enveloppe dans une bulle de sérénité et de luxe.

Les plats que nous avons dégustés étaient non seulement excellents, mais aussi toujours surprenants, magnifiquement bons. Chaque bouchée était une explosion de saveurs, et le menu offre une variété de choix qui saura satisfaire tous les palais.

C'était une soirée magique et mémorable que nous n'oublierons jamais. Merci au personnel exceptionnel pour avoir rendu notre séjour si spécial. Nous attendons avec impatience notre prochaine visite dans ce véritable paradis gastronomique et hôtelier.

Séjours d’une nuitée avec des amis avec des chambres communiquante.

Hôtel calme , personnel agréable, bien que les chambres que l’on a eu soit un peu petite elle étais très confortable avec peignoirs et produits d’hygiène, la deuxième chambres avait un petit balcon qui donner accès au restaurant , à une terrasse et à la piscine ( tres petite mais très jolie) belle petite vue .

On appréhendait le petit-déjeuner a 20€ , car les commentaires précédents étais de très mauvaise critique, mais finalement le petit-déjeuner déjeuner était correct et le choix étais multiple.

A proximité du casino , de la Meuse et du centre ville qui n’est qu’à moins de 10min .
Dans l’ensemble ce fût un bon séjour
