Sinds ruime tijd komt Sophie bij ons poetsen, tijdens haar vakantie stuurt OTV Home Care steeds vervanging. We zijn zeer tevreden over het kantoor en over haar! Zo was ik een tijdje geleden aangenaam verrast toen ze spontaan onze potjesschuif had opgeruimd. Het is altijd leuk als Sophie geweest is.

Ben al jaren klant maar het laatste half jaar zijn ze onderbezet en niet meer in staat een regelmatige diensyverlening in de gezinszorg te verstrekken. Bovendien zeer slechte communicatie hier omtrent.

En zelfs 1 ster is teveel!!!! Er worden uren aangerekend wanneer er NIEMAND is geweest!!!!! Vakantie maanden opvoorhand doorgegeven(begin van het jaar), en ook aan het personeel(twee weken voor verlof). Doch tijdens onze jaarlijkse vakantie werden er uren aangerekend! DEGOUTANT!!!!!!! ZEKER NIET AAN TE RADEN, of je wil in het zak gezet worden!!!!!!
