Bellow average service as expected from a government hospital in Bangladesh. The amount of bed is not enough as per demand and free medicine supply is not enough also. Diagnostic testing is not available also.
But Next to the hospital you will find private diagnostic centre for recommended test by the doctors and there is some private pharmacy to buy medicine also.

In long story short, Doctors appointment and bed services are free, but bed services are not enough as per the patients demand.
And diagnostic testing services and free medicine are not available here. But you can take those services in private centre by paying, which are available next to the hospital.
