This school attached to Upazila Parishad in our Birampur town was established on 01/06/1986 to improve the quality of education with the financial support of local education-loving individuals. Since its inception, the school has been achieving satisfactory results in all other examinations including board examinations. Also the pass rate has increased in other exams including public exams now. The number of students has increased. As a future plan, the school authorities are hopeful to establish a model school in the upazila by strengthening co-curricular activities to ensure 100% pass rate in SSC, JSC examination. This school is our free knowledge center for thousands of knowledge-hungry students in Birampur. It can be said that Nikash Kalo is a beacon of light spreading light in the darkness. We have learned how to light the torch of education to remove the darkness of ignorance. Many students of this school are now serving at high levels in the government or private sector in the country and outside the country.

আমাদের বিরামপুর পৌর শহরে উপজেলা পরিষদ সংলগ্ন এই স্কুলটি স্থানীয় শিক্ষানুরাগী ব্যক্তিবর্গের আর্থিক সহায়তায় শিক্ষার মান উন্নয়ন কল্পে ০১/০৬/১৯৮৬ইং সালে প্রতিষ্ঠা করা হয়েছিল। বিদ্যালয়টি প্রতিষ্ঠাকাল হতে অদ্যাবধি বোর্ড পরীক্ষাসহ অন্যান্য সকল পরীক্ষায় সন্তোষজনক ফলাফল অর্জন করে আসছে । এছাড়াও বর্তমানে পাবলিক পরীক্ষা সহ অন্যান্য পরীক্ষায় পাশের হার বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে। শিক্ষার্থীর সংখ্যা বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে। ভবিষ্যত পরিকল্পনা হিসেবে এস.এস.সি, জে.এস.সি পরীক্ষায় পাশের হার ১০০% নিশ্চিতকরণ সহপাঠ্যক্রমিক কার্যক্রম জোরদার করে অত্র উপজেলায় একটি মডেল স্কুল হিসেবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করতে আশাবাদী স্কুল কর্তৃপক্ষ । এই স্কুলটি আমাদের বিরামপুরে হাজারো জ্ঞান তৃষ্ণার্ত ছাত্র,ছাত্রীর অবাধ জ্ঞান নিবারন কেন্দ্র । বলা যেতে পারে যেন নিকষ কা্লো অন্ধকারে আলো ছড়ানোর আলোক বর্তিকা ।আমরা শিখেছি কি করে শিক্ষার আলোর মশাল জ্বেলে অজ্ঞানতার অন্ধকার দূর করতে ।এই স্কুলের অসংখ্য শিক্ষার্থী শিক্ষা নিয়ে এখন দেশ ও দেশের বাইরে সরকারী কিংবা বেসরকারী সেক্টরে উচ্চ পর্যায়ে দায়িত্ব পালন করছেন ।
বর্তমান প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রধান হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করছেন মোঃ শফিকুল ইসলাম ।
